I purchased this full size cover for a sofa at camp. I was somewhat disenchanted when I realized that it would fit best on a sofa whose arms are flush with the front, as it looked rather sloppy on my original choice. However, when I tried it on another tired looking couch we had whose arms were flush, it looked wonderful! Very substantial fabric, the piping makes it look very custom, and for me, the fit was not oversized at all! I do think that just as the LL Bean photo shows, it looks best with some pillows across the front. I couldn't be happier with the end result, despite it not being on the sofa I purchased it for.

Bought this slipcover for a porch in Florida. It came quickly, and we put it on the ugly sofa with ease. Quality material. The arms were hardest to fit as our sofa arms must be smaller than most, but it is a 100 percent improvement. Have covered with sheets while we're back north to prevent sun fading.. I am very satisfied with this product. Fair price for this slipcover.

I read all the reviews before I purchased this slipcover and it is beautiful, a perfect fit. I purchased the large size, my sofa has bulky arm rests and 4 large attached pillows across the back so I was a little worried about it not fitting but I have to say, it is very well made, it's soft and it fits perfectly.I just love it!

I bought 2 of the denim slipcovers a year ago for some oversized chairs that needed recovering, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. The slipcovers were a little big, but ok in our casual decor. The material has held up well except for the color. The chairs are near a window that doesn't get direct sunlight and both are badly faded now which is disappointing, but I thought for the price, I would just get 2 new ones. Wow - the price has jumped in a year - no way are they worth this much money, particularly given the non-fast color. I can get custom covers for just a little more than this price. Too bad.

I like the "natural" color and the piping is a nice detail. The fabric is good - it's thick enough to cover the med-dark color of our sofa, but the fabric is beginning to show some wear in the seat area. Bought it about 5-6 mos ago and it gets used every day. As for the fit, the arms seem extra large. Haven't been able to add enough padding to fill the arms. Also, it's a balancing act - to tuck in enough of the back seat material so it doesnt always come out vs. having the ticking in the front line up neatly. Overall, it's not bad.

This is a tough review because it's at opposite ends of the review for different reasons. I would give the fabric a 5 stars. Its super heavy, crisp and beautiful. The fit however, is a different story. That I would give a 1 or 2. Maybe if we had an LL Bean couch it would fit better, but we don't. I got this for our summer home (shack, really) to keep the sofa clean with wet bathing suits and dogs. That it does, but so would a blanket thrown over it and it might look just as good. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the crisp, tucked in look thats in the LL Bean picture. I got mine in a bin sale at the outlet store and am keeping it for that reason, otherwise it would go back.

Ordered the couch, love seeat and chair covers in denim to update the family room set our kids have "worn in" for us. They do just that. We love them. The fit is outstanding and are so easy to adjust as necessary. I wish there was an ottoman cover also but maybe in the future.

Ordered a SMALL sofa slip cover. The material is great, but the sizing is way off. For sofa in the 72"-84" range. The slip cover is HUGE with arms larger than any couch I have ever seen. Very disappointed. No amount of tucking-in will make this work.

Great slipcover - it fits my REALLY large armchair reasonably well, and I was pleased that the material is quite substantial. Shipping was super fast - it arrived before I even had a chance to check on it. And I really like the sage ticking stripe. It would be helpful, though to have some kind of instructions for putting it on. I did figure it out, but it was not all that easy. (oh, and my cats LOVE it...)
