It would be a hassle to say the least. However I trust L.L. Bean, I read the reviews & that made me feel comfortable also. L.L Bean has great products & a big plus it is American made. I love it! Love the feel, the comfort, the look & the light weightness. I ordered the natural color & its perfect. January 25, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5�by inside15athlete very nice I received mine by delivery a while ago and it's great for putting up my feet when i want to rest them or have a nap on the sofa. I also ordered the chair but it hasn't come yet but I'm expecting it to be great too. It's the sage and is about the same colour as online. I'm not the only one who loves it, my cats will share it with my feet and sleep on it at night. They'd say it's very comfortable. And it is ultralight as it's easy to lift and move around. I have slid it along the hardwood floor and it doesn't scratch it. Definitely recommended. September 11, 2011
