Rated 5 out of 5 by Thinkcasual everything I expected them to be
Very satisfied with the construction, materials, warmth and thickness. Fit is true to the size I ordered. While the hand pockets are a little shallow, there is a deep zippered pocket behind the hand pocket on both sides. Quality zippers make these easy to get in and out of. The buttons on the cargo pockets are hard to open and close. Just keep one open and one closed and everything is under control. These pants are absolutely worth the money!

They felt good and fit right out of the box. I look forward to years of use from these pants. The quality and style are beyond compare.

I am from California and typically lives in shorts and hate pants. I absolutely loves these pants. They're very warm, comfortable, stylish, very well made. The LL Bean customer service was out of this world. I needed 30" length and the only available length was 34" so they custom hemmed them to 30" free of charge and I still received them in 2 days. AND the shipping was free both ways! Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LillianLulu2 does the job of keeping husband warm, true to size
I bought these for my husband; they keep him warm. I laundered them once, took a long time to dry as so heavy. Next time I'll dry them with several towels to eliminate (?) wrinkles. I thought he'd dropped food or something into his lap, then saw that there are 2 areas at the bottom of the fly (1/4" each) which are reinforced with orange thread, same as the waist button hole. Why not matching khaki?
All in all, my husband is happy with them and being kept warm in cold weather.

Great material and quite warm. However, the pockets on pant leg and back pockets are small and greatly protected with velcro making it very very difficult to get into them. Would be unable to get a hanky or wallet out of any of these pockets. Possibly this would be because of the size of the pants (33x30). Have always received the very best in quality, size and color and was only disappointed in the above. Of course, I would prefer to see MADE IN USA rather than China.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ClayArtist108 Allagash Cargo Pants (lined)
I like these pants. They are not as heavy as other lined pants I have purchased in the past and work for both inside and outside use. When I fire the kiln I'm constantly going in and out of the studio. During the cold months these pants will work well. I keep my phone in one cargo pocket and a sketchbook in the other. I have no problems with the buttons on the cargo pockets. I keep one unbuttoned and the other buttoned allowing me to access the items in the pockets without any problems.

Advertised as "Natural Fit is relaxed through the hips and thighs". I've purchased many pairs of pants from llbean that were "natural fit", but these were unlike the others - much more form fitting. was looking for something a little looser with lined cargo pants.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Crazywintergolfer Nice warm cargo pants.
I've had them out on the golf course twice now. Very comfortable. Only complaint/suggestion I have is that the cargo pockets are too far down the legs. It is hard to reach into the bottom of the pockets. It would be nice if the cargo pockets could be raised an inch or so or be slightly less deep.

My husband was so dependent on his first pair for walking our 'winter dogs'--Akita & Chow--that I was obligated to buy the second pair!

I love the pants very comfortable great pocket size! But I wish they had other colors would buy another pair. Only gave it a 4 because all the other reviews are accurate the flannel lining is not really warm and could be much better, the buttons are very hard to undo, specially the pockets. For the price, expecting more on the flannel warmth.
