Rated 2 out of 5áby joelo2 ripped sleeves
Both sleeves ripped along the seam, the left sleeve is about 1 inch in length and the right sleeve is about 3 inches in length. The rip is about in the middle of each sleeve. Almost all of my shirts are from LL Beam and they have been great, good quality shirts. The material on this shirt is thin and this may have been why this happened.

Rated 5 out of 5áby Hawkman Would like more colors
I like this shirt a lot. It isn't too fitted and it isn't baggy either. Looks good out of the dryer and still crisp. I'd like additional colors to choose from and I'd buy more.

Rated 2 out of 5áby nickname31112 not trim
I ordered two shirts, one item 278348, the other this shirt. Both were marked slightly fitted. the 27834 fit beautifully. This one is baggy and has to go back.

Rated 1 out of 5áby LLBeanFanSince77 Slighted Fitted = Classic Fit
I've purchased this shirt for my son in the past and it was classified as a "Trim/Slim" fit. The salesman told me this was the same shirt re-named. It is not. The body is huge, definitely a "classic" fit, neither trim nor slim. Has to go back, and now the hunt begins anew for a shirt that fits a slim man. Does anyone make shirts for slim men anymore?

Rated 4 out of 5áby BeanBoyJr still has the same problem of short body
These are some of the best non-iron shirts still available. Other brands I have ordered now only promise to be non-iron for 25-30 washes. Unfortunately I these shirts are too short in the body to stay tucked in - at least for those of us who need a 34/35 sleeve. They say they are proportioned but longer sleeves require longer bodies. Wish this could be corrected so I could buy a lot more. Also shirt sleeve could be a bit slimmer in upper arm to match the trimmer fit body. Lastly, I have found shirt sleeve length to be a problem. Have sent a few back because shirt sleeve was made too short - and cuff too tight to fit watch under it.

As some other reviewers have noted, this is a very very nice shirt with a fatal flaw... gigantic wrist openings and only one button on the cuff, so cannot make the wrist opening smaller. It is so big, looks goofy, even thick wristed folk will not pass. Simple fix, LLBean, let us know when you add the second button.

Rated 3 out of 5áby GregN Perfect fit, just one minor detail...
I absolutely love this shirt! Except for one minor nagging detail.
First, let me say that this shirt is the best fitting non-custom shirt I've ever owned. The fit and finish are excellent, and the shirt requires very little by way of care. The value is outstanding for the quality. It always looks great and it's one of my very favorite from the closet.
Unfortunately, this shirt suffers from a serious drawback, in the form of a very minor missing detail. It only has one-button cuffs. To make matters worse, it seems to have been sized for someone wearing the latest hockey puck-sized watches. Plus, there aren't enough "extra" buttons on the shirt tail to add them myself. As perfect as this shirt is, it should come with two buttons on the cuffs.
This minor detail, as insignificant as it may seem, drives me up the wall, making me think "cheap" every time I put it on, and is the reason for the three-star rating. I'd gladly give it SIX stars if it came with two-button cuffs!

Rated 3 out of 5áby casey2001 Not a trim fit
The colors are sharp, true and bright. The collar and sleeves fit well. However, this shirt is anything but a trim fit. I am 5'10 and 165. I wear a 33x34 in pants. I honestly believe this shirt is bigger on me than other shirts from LLB. I will be ordering a M size in another more casual style to see how that goes. Sending this one back.

Rated 5 out of 5áby olefrijole They don't make shirts like these anymore
I needed a replacement light blue oxford shirt as I finally wore out the elbows on my old reliable. Right out of the bag I laundered it and tumble dried it. I could have worn it right out of the dryer. The material is substantial. It feels crisp and fresh all day long. I bought my shirt at my favorite size and in trim fit but it still felt a bit large. Now, the test is on to see how long the elbows last!

I have three other LL Bean Wrinkle-Resistant Oxford Cloth Shirts, all purchased from two years to six months ago. This one is not the same. The cloth is thin, doesn't look or feel like pinpoint oxford. Seems more like a thin broadcloth. I have bought almost all of my clothes and a lot of other things from LL Bean for many years. Let's hope this one product is an anomaly and that LL Bean quality is not changing for the worst. On the positive side, the shirt is truly wrinkle free and can be worn right out of the dryer.
