Rated 3 out of 5�by SHEPP44 Sportsman's Dress belt needs to be heftier. This belt has a wonderfully charming buckle. Smooth and well engraved. But in order to be truly a "Sportsmen's" belt it needs to be a bit wider with more heft. Typicially when you buy a belt you go one size up from your waist. Not so with the Sportsman. Sorry I did not read that and ordered the wrong size and had to return it. Finally, the holes on the belt need to be a scosh larger. The size they are makes it difficult to unbuckle. If you are in a "hurry" that can be a problem. Great concept but for the price could have been done better. December 24, 2010

While I like the styling, the sizing was not accurate compared to other LL Bean 36" belts that I have. This belt needed to be worn in the last hole and didn't look right. It is 1 1/2" longer than my 36" Allagash Bison belt. You would never guess them to be the same size. Given this difference, I am reluctant to exchange for a 34" not knowing how that would be.
