Good for classroom to yard work to church. Very warm, very practical. I like that the material is slightly heathered so that you can't tell when yellow dog hairs are clinging to me because the fur (mostly) blends in. The lining is nice and soft, and makes this into something that can be worn outdoors in place of a light jacket. The vest is perfect for when I am moving around outdoors and may be sweating, because it breathes really well.

This is one excelllent vest. I have the Loden color already that I bought from someone. I liked it so much I ordered the Dark Moss Heather and I love it. I can't believe there are any left at the current sale price for this color. It's just a tad darker (green# than pictured, but I love the color. This has been great for around the house, teaching and just out and about on the cooler days we get here in SC. If I had the money now, I'd probably order one more in grey. Sizing is perfect. There's a lack of helpful info from other reviewers regarding size, so let me try and help. At 5'10" and about 230-235 lbs, the XL works great for me. I wear it with a tee and a flannel and it provides a good, semi-snug #in a good way) fit. If you're going to be layering much more or have an extra 10 or 15 pounds on me, I suggest the XXL. I expected quality and I got it. Great lambswool protection against the cold. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't itch me at all. If you ever need to wash it, put it in a laundry bag and wash it on delicate with some Woolite and air dry. They're not exactly giving it away, but you truly get what you pay for. If you're on the fence like I was, go for it.

I ordered the charcoal gray heather version and couldn't be more pleased with the product. I initially ordered a medium size, but the vest was a bit too snug so I will be returning it. I just received the replacement (large size), and again couldn't be more happier. This vest is very well constructed and is of good quality. The lambswool is extremely soft and warm - not at all scratchy like a lot of wool items. I'm a happy camper!

my husband is on Plavix for heart issues, this vest has been a life saver...He is cold even when in Florida. Last years vest has been designated for jeans and casual, need new one for best. Guaranteed you will never be chilled with this vest.

This is a great value. I find this vest perfect for working in the yard when a coat is more than what I need. The vest affords me flexability while working and yet keeps me warm. I would highly recommend this vest.

I had the long sleeve version of this and decided to get the vest for layering. It's easy on and off and works great under my barn coat. And it's warm!

This is a great vest, it layers well under other coats for extra warmth, and is very comfortable. The only thing someone might not like is that it has a high neck and can rub a bit initially. solid vest
