This is a awesome, fine fitting, great fabric with awesome style don't let this get away kind of sweater that you come across perhaps only once in your life and you better get your hands on one or you will be really mad at yourself when someone you know starts bragging about the great awesome sweater they bought after reading a review on this website and the guy just could not say enough good things about it so they knew that guy was a wise man speaking the truth about something that would change his life. Then you will see it and touch it and feel like an idiot for not taking a strangers advice on clothes, then you will eat tacos for depression and get fat and angry about that sweater.Oh.did I mention the Taupe color is really nice and the lambswool is very soft too.PS; Women like soft wool on a guy, trust me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by midwestkat Super warm sweater Need More Colors
My husband and father have been wearing one of these sweaters just about every day since last fall. They both say it is their warmest sweater and love having the pockets for cold hands. After being worn day after day, the sweaters still look great. I bought the first ones in 2011 and got the other colors this past fall, 2012.
They now have all the colors and I am making a request for some new shades for this coming year. I would love to get this for them in navy, black or nice evergreen/hunter green. I tried the wool sweater lined in flannel, which my dad liked, but he prefers the wool/fleece combination. Navy, black, green??? Please. Great sweater.

I absolutely love this sweater. So much so I have bought two. They keep you warm in all types of weather. I rarely wear a coat now as this sweater comforts you even below freezing. The wool of so tightly woven, the wind doesn't blow through it and the sherpa lining is comfortable and warm.
They have warn like a tank, showing almost no wear in two years. And like I said, I wear them a lot.

I have owned this cardigan for 6 years and worn it every winter on a daily basis (well actually when I get home from work and on weekends). Anyhow, I remember when they launched this product and let me tell you, today it is like the day I bought it. No sign of wear and tear on the exterior. Elbows are immaculate.
Certainly the sherpa lining shows some wear on the interior.
What is really impressive about this cardigan is that it often doubles as a winter jacket on nippy days. It is breathable for around the house, but you can then go outside on a cold day and feel warm.
Fantastic product!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by fresh Super except for pilling
My husband loved this sweater b/c of its warmth but we had to return it because of pilling. He stopped wearing it out of the house because it was such a mess. If this problem could be corrected, it would be a terrific sweather.

My biggest complaint about the sweater is the color. I bought the deep loden heather. It was anything but, more like a brown. Definitely not like the deep loden heather in their lambswool sweater.

Rated 3 out of 5 by fresh Pilling a problem over time
My husband loves the sweater because of its warmth. There has only been one problem: over time (more than 6 mos.)--pilling. This is such a big problem that the sweather can only be worn at home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kevin Wicked cozy sweater!
I've owned this sweater for two winters, but I fully appreciated it beginning on Oct. 29, 2011 when a nor'easter left 800,000 families in CT with no power for nearly two weeks. For four days straight I wore this sweater nearly around the clock and was reasonably comfy. It kept me warm when outdoors and at night, yet I wasn't too warm or clammy indoors. (FYI after the fourth day of no elec I packed the family in the car and headed to the Coast o' Maine where they had heat and electricity, plus reduced rate resort rooms and nice boiled lobstah dinners.) I withheld one star only because, on first wearing, a thread popped on the cuff of a pocket, so the cuff hangs a little bit loose. But the garment has held its shape when worn for days at a time, even while sleeping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by galin Warmest sweater ever
I bought my husband this sweater for Christmas, and he now wears it 24/7 because he says it's the warmest sweater he has ever owned! The fleece lining means that it's not scratchy on the inside, too. He typically wears a Large, and it fits true to size.
