I orderd two pairs of these pants to wear in Florida last year. They were very comfortable and just the right weight. Love to wear them so I ordered two more pairs this year. Wear well. Fit well. Like the fact that I can get my exact waist size. Like the colors. Do well in the washing and dry quickly. Little or no ironing. Well worth the price. The ones I bought last year still look and wear like new. Do not shrink or fade. Do get a little more of a stonewashed look after many washings. Order came promptly and like the free shipping.

Very comfortable for regular Florida wear, but unreliable availability for some colors and sizes.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong style. I wanted the comfort waist and
got the wrong ones. Not LL Bean's fault but mine. The quality of the ones I returned were excellent.

I bought three pair of these pants but after washing twice they are all too loose. Too bad, but I can no longer wear them

Rated 5 out of 5 by ForeverFree Finally . . . Cargo Pants with Long Inseams!
After a four-year search, at last I've found cargo pants for my husband in his 32"/36" size!! Thank you L.L. Bean! Hubby was doubly surprised on his recent birthday; he had all but given up on finding a pair of cargos that fit his leggy, 6'1" frame. I ordered the British Khaki, and, the color is significantly lighter in person than in the outdoor photo shown online, although it's still a traditional yellow-based khaki that's very versatile. These pants fit comfortably and wash with ease. I find it best to "hand press" them after removing from the dryer, then allow them to lay flat on the folding table overnight before folding. They do crinkle after a day's wear, but, that's the nature of tropical cargos. My one suggestion for improving these pants is to replace the flimsy button at the waistband with a metal riveted-style fastener - the kind used in most jeans. Or, perhaps, back the existing button with a smaller bracing one. As it is now, my husband has worn these pants about four times, and the button is loosening and threatening to crack. Otherwise, these are wonderful casual pants that carry through all four seasons here in the high plains of New Mexico.

Rated 3 out of 5 by LoyalLongtimeBeaner good pants but please low co$t
I'd love to buy more of these but I'm pretty sure the two pair I bought several years ago weren't this much.
Where are the $32 versions...they are just pants right?
Bit steep even for LL Bean stds.
I know times are tough for retailers, but how about us consumers???

Like others here, I cannot where cargo pants to work - just wrong. The discontinued plain front and pleated tropic weight pants were perfect. Please reintroduce or lose the cargo pockets. The tropic chinos are not a suitable replacement.

My husband likes the cargo style pant, and these top his list for comfort! The weight seems heavy at first, but is surprisingly cool. They are also a bit looser in the seat and legs, which helps keep him cool.
While the fabric is durable, the color is not so much so. These pants in olive faded along the seams in the seat after a year or so, and now look a little funny, though they are still serviceable. We will see how the brown do.
As I have found with all LL Bean pants, they tend to shrink little by little. I usually get them in a longer length, and hem them, letting the hem out after several washings.

I just love these pants and wear them all the time. Light-weight for the summer and not to bad for the winter either. I've bought one in every color LLB offers and would immediately buy more in any new colors as the come out.

I have purchased these pants for nearly 20 years -- no more; I'll not be wearing a pocket on my leg to work.
Restore the model sans-pocket. I don't need the pocket nor want to pay for it.
