I have 8 grandkids and 7 of them have this bag. It is perfect for little kids and warm enough to cuddle up in on a cool summer night. Yet the older kids (10 yrs old) still use theirs. They all have different colors and know which bag is theirs, because sometimes they all camp together. And, of course, the personalization is nice. I will be buying another one when our littlest gets a bit older.

My older daughter received the flannel-lined Kids' Camp Bag as a gift for her 5th birthday a few years back and she loved it: so soft and just her size. After deciding to get another kid-sized bag rather than a regular-sized one, we ordered a bag for her younger sister and were disappointed by the changes in quality. The stuff sack is made of flimsy, krinkly fabric and the exterior fabric of the sleeping bag attracts lint like the older bag never did. She loves having her own sleeping bag and the inside is still soft, but again, things have not changed for the better.

I got this sleeping bag for our 3 year old's first camping trip. The purple was perfect. She was so in love with this sleeping bag she had to sleep in it every night for the week before the camping trip. The 40 degree rating is perfect and the quality is great. It's been washed and is still in perfect condition.

I purchased this bag (Saddle color) for my 3 year old son for the upcoming 2013 camping season. We live in Virginia and generally camp at the beach or Shenandoah Mountains. We don't need a bag that goes to extreme cold temperatures, so this bag seemed perfect. As soon as I opened the sleeping bag, I could see the LL Bean quality. The outer shell is durable yet soft, while the flannel lining is super soft and cozy. The bag is warm enough for our spring, summer and fall trips, or for indoor play. My son can't wait to use it! The styling and colors are bold, bright and really stand out. We'll get another for our infant son once he's old enough.

I have bought several of these sleeping bags in the past for my grandchildren and just had to buy one for my youngest little one.
Our families do a lot of camping and these bags are the best. They are so durable and wash and dry well. Colors and fabric fun and comfy. Carry bag very sturday. Excellent purchase which last for years and years of outdoor and indoor fun.

Both of my little girls chose the Wisteria color. A lovely choice, I must say. It's a nice, rich color and the lining is soft and cozy. I believe the websites description of the monogramming has been updated since I ordered our bags but I was disappointed to learn, upon receiving the bags, that the monogramming is only on one end of the carry bag - NOT on the sleeping bag itself. Since both of my girls chose the same color, I was hoping the monogramming would distinguish. Oh well. A cute touch, but not worth the extra eight bucks in my opinion. I hope this bag lasts many years to come.

We got this for our daughter (9) so she has something for sleepovers. She says it's comfortable and likes the color. It probably wouldn't be my 1st choice to carry up a mountain and camp with but that's not what we bought it for.

Just bought this to give to my grandson for his upcoming 4th birthday. I know he's going to be so excited to be able to "camp" at Gramma's house....and then take it home for his own camping!
I have the adult version and I love it. It's so cozy and comfy and easy to roll up and put back into the case.

My grand daughter loved her sleeping bag - she enjoys cozy and her 5th birthday sleeping bag present gave her an opportunity to enjoy snuggling in front of the TV and sleepovers with her cousins!

We purchased two of these sleeping bags for our son (age 5) and daughter (age 2) for Christmas. We bought Bright Navy and Deep Wisteria. We mostly plan to use them for sleep-overs and out of town trips. They were super excited to get them...watching TV all snuggled up and dragging them around the house. They seem well made and are quite cozy. MUCH better quality than the cheapies you would buy in a big chain store (believe me, we looked). There were some earlier reviews complaining that the ties aren't attached, but that seems a very minor issue...just stick them in the storage bag. One thing of note...the Wisteria color is quite a bit darker in reality than it appears on the website. I actually like the darker shade better and believe it will show less dirt and wear. A little disappointed that these are not made in the USA since LL Bean is such an iconic American brand but we are still quite pleased with the purchase. A good buy!
