The cord unravelled. LL Bean did replace it and I covered the velco with a patch on the new wallet. Not perfect, but OK. April 4, 2013

The credit card slots are very difficult to use. Cards will NOT fall out, There is also a zippered inside pocket to put the card you will be using frequently with your cash. February 27, 2013

Though I would suggest that the compartment that holds the credit cards could be made a bit bigger. Sometimes it is hard to get a card out in a hurry but other then that this is a great wallet. Rated 4 out of 5�by AgingGracefully Could be a tiny bit bigger Convenient, well made, and nice little places for stuff, but I agree with other reviews that the card slots are too tight (and maybe too few) and you have to fold up bills to fit (one got caught in the zipper!). If this were an inch larger it would be perfect. However, I like it and will use it when traveling. I'll just make do with the bit of inconvenience. I don't plan to return it. October 4, 2012

I can fit the phone,chapstick, license, a couple cards, and some cash. My only complaint is the cc slots are awkward. Otherwise I'm extremely happy with the product. September 28, 2012
