Rated 5 out of 5 by SCStatebulldog SOFT, COOL AND STUNNING!
I can't understand the negative reviews of Bean's percale sheets: they are incredibly soft and beautiful! These Indian block prints are just fabulous, and I have mixed and matched from the collection of blue and white patterns currently being offered. The results have given my bedroom a great makeover!!
I'm so pleased with these percale sheets, and I highly recommend them. They have a very deep pocket and they tuck in extremely well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Inga Nice and cool through the night, great fit!
I love all LL Bean percale sheets! I ordered these in twin XL for a new spit king mattress and they're perfect. I especially enjoy the coolness of the percale. Laundered beautifully. Just ordered the matching pillowcases!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Barda88 Fitted Sheet not very fitted
While the fabric of the king fitted sheet I ordered is very nice, the overall size is too big. The sheet moves around on the bed even though we have a deep mattress. I am trying to shrink it but to no avail--normally a good thing! I will need to get a thicker mattress pad in order to make this sheet fit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Maudey Great color & fabric and terrible fit.
King fitted sheet is to large for a standard king. The fitted ends are to deep & the sheet is to large. Thus the overall fit is loose & uncomfortable. I've been a Bean customer for many years. The sheet fit has always been great until recently.

I got these based on a consumer review that said they were wonderful. I washed them thinking that might soften them, but no, they are just not soft sheets. I will return them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by tiza Disappointing
Would I recommend this bedding to a friend, yes, but with warnings. It is definitely not soft material. I washed the sheets before using and it didn't soften them up. Pillowcase feels a bit scratchy to lie on. Hopefully with more washing it will soften up. The pattern is pretty and looks nice coordinated with white or denim bedding. It certainly is not LLBean quality especially considering the price. It does not fit their description. Wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews but felt maybe they were being picky.

Rated 1 out of 5 by erjunebug Prima cotton fitted sheet
I found this sheet to be very thin and it fit very loose on my queen size bed. Instead of a neat, tight fit it was wrinkled and bunched up while sleeping

Rated 3 out of 5 by CADayHiker Fit the bed well, but coarse to the touch
I had such great hopes for these sheets, but they were coarse, not smooth to the touch. I had to return them. I would gladly pay more for a more premium product.
I can't believe that this is the same product that received so many rave reviews in past years. If the specs haven't changed, has the vendor or vendor/country of origin changed?

Rated 1 out of 5 by MarjoJimbo I'd Give It NO Stars if I Could!
I have purchased these sheets in the past, so this was a replacement and I thought I knew what to expect. How wrong.
The sheet is so thin that it is almost see-through. Flimsy doesn't even begin the describe it. I imagine if I ever put it on the bed that I would put my foot through it as I got into bed.
I am so thoroughly disappointed in the quality and LL Bean. What's happened to the company who sold products that I could count on?
We have been purchasing products from Bean from almost 40 years. Today changed my entire view.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GoofyNewfy 280 Count Percale Sheet Set
We are very happy with out new bedding set. The fitted bottom sheet fits the queen with room to spare and the top sheet has ample length and width to allow secure tucking to keep us "snug as a bug". The quality of these sheets and pillow cases belies the thread count of 280 and feels more like a much higher count. We highly recommend this product and have even just recently ordered another set.
