I have purchased quite a few sheets over the years from LL Bean. I think the quality of their sheets used to be better - certainly they lasted longer. I realize that I've had this sheet for over a year, but I have three sets of sheets that I switch out, so it's not like it's been used non-stop for a year and 4 months. This sheet just ripped into shreds a day ago, and I confess that I'm annoyed since the poor quality and short life of sheets from here (as well as some of LL Bean's competitors) means that I'm constantly replacing them - especially the fitted sheets. I probably buy 3 fitted sheets for every top sheet I buy, so I guess it's good that these are not sold in sets. However, for $50+ dollars per sheet, the quality should be better. I'm very disappointed.

I'm disappointed in these sheets. The top edge of the flat sheet frayed badly within less than a year.

I have used these sheets for about 2 months (light yellow) and they are fabulous! I purchased the comforter cover about a year earlier and it was so nice that I had to get the matching sheets, too. Lovely, soft and smooth. They really feel as if they are a much higher thread-count. Like most cotton sheets they do wrinkle, but are so nice to sleep on--highly recommend.

Since we bought our new mattress in the fall, I found that none of my fitted sheets fit it and frustrated me every time I changed the sheets. I had resorted to using two flat sheets, but that was not satisfactory. I've been on the hunt to find one that I could get on the mattress without tugging and breaking my fingernails. I found the reviews were good for this sheet fitting thicker mattresses. This floral fitted sheet arrived yesterday. I put it on the bed this morning to see if it would fit and IT DOES!! I am so happy. Now I'll wash the set and be able to make a pretty bed without a tug-of-war. I'm going to order the solid colors to match my flat sheets. So thanks to the previous reviewers, this has made my Valentine's Day a great one!

I PURCHASED QUEEN SIZE SHEETS AND KING PILLOW CASES
AS WITH MOST ALL THAT I BUY FROM BEAN I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THE SHEETS (I THINK) ARE A LITTLE LONGER AND WIDER THAN WHAT I HAVE NOW AND THE KING PILLOW CASES FIT MY KINGSZE PILLOWS VERY NICELY WITH ROOM TO SPARE. THE SHEETS ARE VERY SOFT AND CONFORTABLE AND I AM VERY SATUSFIED. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I PURCHASE DURING CHRISTMAS AND WAS HAPPY.

I loved the quality of the sheets but my fitted sheet was not fitted at all. I just bought a new queen size mattress with the top cushion and all, it's a Simmon's Beautyrest, so I needed new sheets for it. I never imagined my mattress would be swimming in these sheets ... I might try to shrink them in the dryer.

I love these sheets. I was on here looking at buying some more and saw they were only rated 4 stars and that concerned me because they are the only sheet I will buy. Don't want LLBEAN to stop selling them so wanted to tell everyone they are great. They are very soft but not hot like some of the jersey materials and they have extra large corners that make them easy to get on a bed.

THESE SHEETS ARE VERY SOFT AND GET SOFTER WITH EASH WASHING BUT THE WRINKLES DRIVE ME CRAZY WOULD NOT PURCHASE AGAIN. I BOUGHT THE SOLID COLOR SHEETS.

Ours is a solid color, not the floral, if that matters but I couldn't review the solids. So, these sheets are pricey but once you bite the bullet, you won't regret it. They are so comfortable. Mine are older and still look perfect. They are shiny the way sateen shines and feel luxurious on skin. We only have one set of these and believe me, you can tell the difference when we have our other sheets on. Oh, and the matching duvet is the cherry on top!

I bought the fitted sheet hoping to find something that would fit my tempur-pedic mattress properly. I have a 12 in mattress with a special soft top. Every sheet I have tried pops up from one corner even after one night and with straps. This sheet performs significantly better than all else I've tried however, after a few nights, the corner pops off if I don't use extra elastic clips and straps. Other than that, the fabric and quality are great.
