We ordered both the small & medium bags in Royal for our adult daughter. She wanted something for occasional weekend trips that she could easily throw in the car that didn't necessarily look like luggage and would be easy to carry. The sizes are perfect. For shorter trips, the medium easily does the trick, and for longer trips, having the additional small bag is great for stowing all toiletries, etc., freeing up extra space in the medium bag. We plan on purchasing more bags for several Christmas gifts.

We own 2 of the smaller duffle bags, which we use as carry-on bags...they are wonderful. We've had them for 15 yrs and I can't enough good things about them! We also have 2 of the extra-large duffles and they are also terrific...they've been everywhere, been through everything, and after 15 yrs, still in top shape! I highly recommend both styles!!

Purchased two of these in 2001 for our honeymoon in Alaska and still using them today. They hold a ton and are easy to roll and pick up and load into a vehicle. Bought two more for the kids now also.

This is a great looking bag! My husband has one from years ago and I wanted one too. The monogram looks nice as well but the "ash" color is more like taupe. I assumed it was a medium gray color- not the case. That is why I am giving 4 stars.

I have been looking for a well made, lightweight, solidly constructed, easy to handle, simple but brilliantly executed, easy to store and use larger duffel bag for years. And this duffel bag works brilliantly. I am a 5'2" woman, and this bag allows me the maneuverability I have been looking for. The bag has a water-resistant coating on the inside, which is essential for traveling and keeping my packables clean and protected. The large size is substantial, but not too big and is so well proportioned that even when it is packed full it is not too bulky or burdensome. I love that the bottom is reinforced, that there are two super-useful handles on either end of the bag plus one on top, that one can cinch down the top of the duffel with built in outside straps, and that there is a metal attached padded shoulder sling which makes the bag easy to carry and walk with. The bag is light, has a useful smaller zippered pocket on the outside, a wonderful flap that covers the double-headed main body zipper, and it can be nicely folded up and stored easily when empty. The only thing that would make this duffel better would be to have another zippered compartment or two on the inside, then it would be ideal. The "pink aloha" pattern is gorgeous, being a deeper rose/fuschia color than shown in the online picture, not too bright or overly pink and the hibiscus are lovely. Great duffel bag!

Our medium Adventure Duffle just arrived. This is our second. Loved the first, many years old, and has held up well. However, I ordered our second in Navy, but it is actually quite a bit darker than is pictured on the website. It is difficult to see ANY contrast between the black straps and the color of the bag. Disappointing, though the bag itself is well made and designed. I may return for a different color.

This is above and beyond the best duffle I have ever owned. It is light and packable for easy storage. Water and stain resistant shell. Excellent for multipurpose. We bought one for my 5 year old son and once we got it and used it - then we bought one for every member of the family.

These are the best duffel bags you can buy. They will last a lifetime. I have both the small and large ones; they get used A LOT! They are my road trip luggage--small for toiletries, large for clothes. I have had the small one for several years, it still looks new. When I am camping, the small one goes straight to the showers with me. I love how sturdy these bags are with their comfortable handles and plenty of room for everything you need to pack. I used them for a 2-week camping trip out east and they were all I needed. I have had a competitor duffel, LLBean's are far superior.

Wow, this duffle is just excellent. Its the perfect bag for quick trips, weekend getaways, or camping trips (not backpacking of course). I have bought 4 - one for each of the family members - and we are all thrilled.

We've purchased two of these in the large size for our teenage grandsons. They are traveling with youth groups on hiking and biking trips and need to pack at least a week's worth of 'stuff' to see them through. The bags are big and hold a lot, yet are a manageable size. We've added small zipped cases for them to keep some items (like socks and underwear) handy, easy to grab or find in the big bag. The bags are very sturdy and we expect them to hold up for a long time.
