The name says it all. Easy Cot. This is no lie. You simply take the cot out of the carry case. Place it on it's side, bring out the folded legs place upright then pull the legs out slightly toward the ends of the cot and voila!! It is so easy someone this arthritis could do it without any problem, or even a seven year old child could do it once it is out of the carry case. It is also as easy to close and place back in the carry case. Turn it on it's side bring the folding legs toward the center slide the carry case over and you are done. It is also very sturdy to sleep on and makes no noise when you turn while sleeping. I put the LL bean camp futon (Large size) on top with an egg crate mattress and it was very comfortable and warm to sleep on. My back felt better after sleeping on this than my own bed. I plan on using it for guests when they stay over.

The cot was easy to set up and not uncomfortable. I've had this a week and one of the corners ripped when I was closing the cot up to put it away.

We originally purchased one of these last winter; we're so pleased with it, we purchased another. We've tried other cots in the past but none is as sturdy and comfortable as the Easy Cot. It's effortless to put up and put away. All in all, the price is fair.

Camped with this twice and am very satisfied. A little on the heavy side but well made and sturdy product. Quick and easy to set up and take down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by livingwithgratitude Almost 5 stars
The cot arrived quickly. It is as easy to set up as they say. It is as easy to fold up as they say.
It is a cot, so there is a certain amount of sagging that occurs, but being new, not unreasonable. It is a cot, so there is a lack of cushioning for comfort, but not unreasonable. If you keep in mind that this is not your bed, I think you will be pleased with this product, it is after all, a cot.
Of course you can put a self inflating camp mat, or foam camp mat on it to add some additional comfort.
Now I can't speak to it's ability to last, we just got it.
The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I'm tight with doling out praise, and there is one idiosyncrasy, you have to be sure you have the legs pulled fully apart and stabilized, somewhat of a challenge on a tent floor in the grass. But you don't want it to fold up when you get on.
I plan on buying a second. That's it. Good cot. Maybe great, as cot's go.

Rated 4 out of 5 Saved our camping trip
My wife and I went tent camping up in Maine with our son. Not sure if it is our age (43) or that we picked a particularly hard patch of ground but sleeping was horrible the first night. On the second day we headed over to Freeport to check out the Flagship store and saw this cot. Price was good at $79 and we decided to give it a try.
My wife slept on it that night and loved it. I got it the next night and was equally impressed. It is very comfortable but a bit heavy. It fold up similar in size to a large folding chair and it comes with its own stuff sack.
Materials seems to be very well made and it folds up easily. Would have given 5 stars if it was a bit lighter.

I absolutely love this cot! Wound up purchasing a second one because it is sturdy and comfortable. My grandkids just left after having spent two weeks sleeping on these cots! Easy to set up, easy to take down. Fits nicely in the handy travel bag! I would DEFINITELY recommend the Easy Cot!

Rated 3 out of 5 by LoveLabs4 Easy cot- pros and cons
Just used the Easy Cot on a 4 day tent camping trip. I am 59 years old, so I like my comfort.
Pro: The Easy Cot is very well made, easy to set up and take down, and fits back in its bag easily.
Cons: the bed is too firm/hard. I had to go out and buy pads in order to be comfortable. Also, I would like for the legs on the cot to lock. Every time I needed to slide the cot over slightly in the tent, the legs would start to fold underneath it. Since space was limited, it was a minor hassle to have to set them back up into position.
I would recommend this cot with the above points noted.

I just received this cot and set it up in my living room. It was very easy to set up and after laying on it for a while I can tell it will make for a very comfortable nights sleep. It's way more comfortable than any other cot I've laid on and I can't wait to use it in the woods. I'll be ordering another one soon!

Easy to set up, take down, store?yes. Comfortable?not so much. The fabric creaks noisily when you turn over, your arms & legs easily can hit the hard side rails & basically it's not a good sleeping cot. However, I would imagine that the addition of a thick pad of some sort would make a difference. For my purposes (as an extra bed) this doesn't work & I could not ask my guests or granddaughters to sleep uncomfortably. I've used it three times & had three sleeplessness nights. So?I plan on returning the two I purchased & looking for other options.
