Rated 5 out of 5áby CampingWildcat A little Glamping never hurt anyone
When not backcountry camping, we tend to disperse car camp in national forests or on BLM land. So weight is not an issue. And after a long Hike or paddle, I look forward to the little luxuries car camping provides. This cot is just the ticket. It is heavy and a bit awkward when loading the van. Yet the comfort at the end of the day is worth the hassle. So simple to set up (less than a minute). Very sturdy and stable. You can roll over with ease and the cot will not shake or wobble. Love the flaps that protect you from pinch points. I suggest placing self inflating sleep pads on top of the cots. Although not necessary, the pads give your back a tad more support and are a perfect insulator in the cooler temps. Great product. Bought from ll bean (on sale)and saved significantly over other sites. Great value, I highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5áby TeardropMama Compact & Comfortable
We now have a total of four of these cots and love them. We use them for tent camping and for extra sleeping space when we have house guests. While they are a bit heavy when you're lugging them to a campsite, it's worth it given the comfort they provide (we use them with camping pads on top). I love that it's all one piece, with nothing to assemble. Once the legs are fully extended, the cot feels very stable. I can sit on the side to put my shoes on without it tipping over. Also, there's no framing cutting you across the middle. The "sling" does sag a bit...but not much...and it keeps me from feeling like I'm going to roll off in the middle of the night.

Rated 5 out of 5áby GPN1 Comfy Cot!
I used this cot on a trip to VT this past weekend and it was great! Set up in less than a minute. Super comfortable. Excellent quality. It was comfortable enough to sleep on directly without an air mattress. But because it was very cold at night, I put an uninflated self-inflating mattress pad between my sleeping bag and the cot just to provide some additional warmth from the airflow underneath. I purchased the cot mainly for camping in lean-to's to get up off the floor, but I like it so much I will probably find other excuses to use it now!

Rated 5 out of 5áby NovaScotiaLLBeanFan Most comfortable Cot, easy set up, compact
My husband has camped for years and is very outdoorsy. He would never use a cot until he tried this one I purchased for myself.
Well, he said it was the most comfortable cot he'd ever lain on. I agree.
There is no metal digging into you, you almost feel like you're suspended. No pressure points, and it's substantial with no sagging.
I was pleasantly surprised that it exceeded my expectations even after reading the reviews.
I purchased the camp futon to go along with this in the large size as I wanted it to feel as much like a bed as possible. Well, I can't imagine being more comfortable camping.
This easily could be used for guests with the camp futon. My husband says it is great by itself, but I like both for the added cushiness.
Really pleased. It folds up compactly and easily, and super easy to just unfold and set up in under a minute.
Another great product from LL Bean. These reviews were bang on and really helpful.

I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this cot compared to others I looked at, at a variety of stores/online. It is very easy to set up. I was a little confused by the legs, if they needed to lock in place. I did call the customer service line to ask about this. Customer service was very helpful and advised the legs do not lock in place. The legs lock when you lay down on the cot. I have not had any problems with it. I did purchase the cot as a temporary bed with my inflatable mattress on top. Works perfect! It will be nice for guests at some point.

Rated 5 out of 5áby papoose Best Mobile Bed Ever!!
This may be a "camp" cot, but we now have three of them. They are the best thing to throw into any car along with a sleeping bag and you have an automatic guest bed for any place you go. Don't like to sleep in a bag? Use it as a mattress and buy a simple twin sheet set that comes in it's own bag. In two minutes you have a very comfortable bed. It takes two seconds to put together, comes with a carry case, and is built with quality you'd expect from LLBean. Folds easily for storage. Excellent price too! Well worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5áby Qualitypurchase4all Easy peasy
The name says it all. Easy Cot. This is no lie. You simply take the cot out of the carry case. Place it on it's side, bring out the folded legs place upright then pull the legs out slightly toward the ends of the cot and voila!! It is so easy someone this arthritis could do it without any problem, or even a seven year old child could do it once it is out of the carry case. It is also as easy to close and place back in the carry case. Turn it on it's side bring the folding legs toward the center slide the carry case over and you are done. It is also very sturdy to sleep on and makes no noise when you turn while sleeping. I put the LL bean camp futon (Large size) on top with an egg crate mattress and it was very comfortable and warm to sleep on. My back felt better after sleeping on this than my own bed. I plan on using it for guests when they stay over.

The cot was easy to set up and not uncomfortable. I've had this a week and one of the corners ripped when I was closing the cot up to put it away.

Rated 5 out of 5áby DEcamper Easy Cot Review
We originally purchased one of these last winter; we're so pleased with it, we purchased another. We've tried other cots in the past but none is as sturdy and comfortable as the Easy Cot. It's effortless to put up and put away. All in all, the price is fair.
