Now the same touch-screen technology that makes Garmin's automotive GPS's so easy to use is available in a lightweight, handheld model. It's equipped with a high-sensitivity GPS receiver that provides exceptionally fast position acquisition and excellent accuracy. Preloaded with topographic maps of the entire United States and worldwide base map, it also features a microSD card slot for loading other types of maps, data and even photos. 3-D map view helps you visualize the terrain before you get there. Rugged waterproof construction is built to withstand adventures in any kind of weather.

Wireless technology lets you share waypoints, routes and geocache information between units. Capacity to store 1,000 waypoints, 50 routes and 10,000 track logs.
