Rated 5 out of 5 by Beanfan109 I'm sold on these pants
Third time I have purchased multiple pairs.
They last well, come out of the dryer ready to wear, look good and are water, spot resistant.

Great pants for spring and autumn.
I was looking for light fabric and it showed as tropical pants.
They are not. Too heavy and thick for warm weather.
I am keeping them anyway because they fit great.
I keep looking for light trousers for the summer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ODEE Too full in upper legs
Disappointed. Extremely baggy in upper leg. Fabric not smooth to touch. Did not appear wrinkle free to me. Returned..

Rated 1 out of 5 by MikeNnC Avoid these Chino Pants
Awful! Poor fit, wierd styling, with pockets at a strange height, size measurements are misleading, button to large for button hole. I've been purchasing clothing from L L Bean for over 60 years. This is THE worst product I have ever encountered. Save your time and money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by astrofly nice, but baggy
I recently bought these and a competitor's version to compare. I had owned the Bean dress chinos in the comfort waist in the past, and wanted to try a specific waist size hoping the legs were a little more fitted. These chinos are of a much higher quality for the material than the competitor (owned theirs in the past too), and I would expect the Bean chino would have the same wrinkle free quality coming out of the dryer as usual. Unfortunately, even though these are a better chino, I could not get past the bagginess of the legs. I ended up opting for the competitor's chinos since the leg fit was much better, even with knowing the quality was not as good and I would have to touch them up out of the dryer. If baggy legs don't bother you, these are great chinos.

Rated 2 out of 5 by De23Anie Love the pants but not the metal waist fastener
I have ordered these pants for a long time for my husband and son and like them and find the material to be far superior to other pants they have tried, however I do not like the fastener at the waist. Any stress in the middle area quickly allows the metal fastener to fray the material. I would much prefer a button in place of the fastener. I stopped ordering the pants for my husband and son for this reason.

Rated 4 out of 5 by markrm1 Good quality, annoying clasp
Good quality, nice fit, comfortable. However, the inside waist button is on an unusually small piece of material and is difficult to button and unbutton. Pity to detract from a nice pair of pants with this economizing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by skijor Great quality - great value
I like the classic fit , with pleats , plus the wrinkle resistant fabric- these are perfect for a dressier look - ideal for dinner or church. . I have their regular chino pants as well, but these are more designed for a nicer look. Excellent value!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by PLouie Can't use Chinos Inseam length with Dress Chinos
These "chinos" are made with a 1" longer rise than regular chinos. If you order a pair of dress chinos using the same inseam as regular chinos the inseam length of your dress chinos will be about 1" too long.
