Holds press great - after many washings
each of my three pair wore a hole where my wallet rubs in a short 12 months of wearing the three pairs alternately. LL Bean khakis used to last me for years!
I'm tempted to ask for a credit on say, two of them.
I am reordering in spite of this.

Great workmanship and detail but to call them wrinkle resistant is very misleading

Rated 1 out of 5 by rjr403 Really Disappointed
I am really disappointed in these pants. They are extremely baggy in the thigh and the seat. The material feels coarse. There are holes sewn in the top front of the front pockets. The "Hidden Comfort" panels did not snap back properly after being stretched. They are being returned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pays4QualityButLikesADeal Great pant, terrible hem job.
I own six of these, and wear them just about every day. I love the pants, but the finished hem for the pant leg is terrible. The tension was set entirely too high on the machine which has resulted in a pock-marked look. Admittedly, the ones purchased online have a better hem than those purchased in the flagship store. Wish I had checked before driving four hours to get home. Nonetheless, you'll love the pants. Just find your own tailor.

Just bought these and washed. They are not wrinkle free. Disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by BusyGrandmama Nice lightweight dress pant.
LL Bean gives so many choices for mens' pants, but which to buy? I am pleased with the quality of the dress chinos. They could be dressed up or down accordingly, and are lightweight enough to wear in the summer. The first style I ordered was the natural fit comfort waist. Although the stretch waist was hidden and a nice feature for those large dinners...the pant was too baggy in the back of the thigh. I then went for the classic fit which was perfect. I feel that falling at the waist is a little dressier than falling below the waist, and I would buy accordingly. The classic and the comfort pant were true to waist size. I bought them hemmed, and the first came longer than I had specified. But the second time around they were perfect. I have not worn these pants yet, so I can't speak to their durability or clean ability.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PeruDoc Quality for the price
Arrived on time, quality construction, durable materials, fits right. They have hem lengths every 1/2". At other stores I need to buy 30" and have a tailor remake the hem to 29 1/2" or wear them too long and have the cuffs fray. At LLBean they are the right length when I receive them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by SEAHawks Good pants, but the rise is too-short.
I wanted some decent casual pants that I could wear to work as business casual and wouldn't have to dry clean. Similar pants from a competitor claimed to not need ironing, but that was a joke in their case. I have washed these pants once and worn them a few times and it appears that they don't require ironing, but they would look better if you did. The price seems a little steep for this quality of pants, but they will pay off if they really don't need to be ironed. They are generally well made, but one thing that has me on the brink of returning them is that the rise is just too short. I've never experienced any pants, ever, that were this uncomfortable in that regard, including blue jeans when it comes to having to go to the bathroom. You almost have to unbutton them at the waist and lower them a little. If it were not for that I would be happy with them, but I may have to return them. I wish I had the option of "Maybe" when it comes to recommending these to a friend. I had to choose "No" since I'm still undecided as to whether to return them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RJR2050 Love the pants!
Pants look and feel great. A bit on the tight side across the front but I think its just the cut of the pants. The shale grey color can pass for a shade of green as well. Will be buying more.

These are great trousers, a bit shorter in the rise than the ones I purchased about a year ago that I enjoy so much. The only difference is the earlier ones were not plain front. These are grey and go well with my expensive navy blazer. Thank you LL Bean.
