The swimming trunks seem well made, but since there in no way to adjust the waist, my son will probably lose them every time he surfaces! Even though he is slim to average for a ten year old, the waist bags on him!

Great product, sized right. My 4 year old loves his, and is constantly wanting to go to the beach/pool. He loves the shark pattern!

Bought an 8 for my son who is quite small....about 48 lbs. Had to send them back because they were very baggy on him. Am trying the 6-7X although per the measurements, they might be too small. Need a size in between. But both the plaid and the shark patterns were very nice looking...a big step up from the designs in the stores.

I bought these swim trunks because my son outgrew his previous pair, which are still in excellent condition after a couple years of heavy use in pools as well as at the ocean and in the kettle ponds on Cape Cod. I am very impressed with that kind of durability - my son is not easy on his clothes!

My 11-year-old son picked out these swim shorts online. We got them within a few days, he tried them on, and they were just right! We recently went to a water park. The swim shorts stayed up and look great on him! What an easy purchase!

According to my son, these are comfortable, the right size and they don't come off when he goes head first! The color (bright red) is keeping after about 20 uses in chlorinated pools and assorted washes.

I bought this style and the board shorts for my son. He is a pretty tall for a 5 year old and skinny, but doesn't fit slim sizes. The size 6x-7 is perfect and he loves the design. He prefers this style with the full elastic waste - they stay up better than the board shorts.

I bought this style of swimsuit for my son last year and he loved it. Since he outgrew the 5-6, I ordered the 6X-7. When I tried the new suit on him, I was surprised it was too tight. He's 48" tall/ 23 1/4" waist. I placed last year's 5-6 on top of this year's 6X-7 and they are the exact same size. Very frustrating. I don't know if I order a size 8, if I will get a suit that is one size larger than this or two. This is a great suit. It held up to all the abuse my son put it through last year and still looks like new. I just wish the sizing was more reliable.
