Our down jacket has been keeping customers warm for over 40 years. It's filled with high-lofting 650-fill-power Bean Tested® goose down for outstanding warmth without a lot of bulk. Unique quilting details provide a flattering fit. Shell is rugged mini-ripstop nylon. Unquilted lining provides an added barrier against wind. Designed for comfort, with brushed polyester tricot lining in collar and pockets. Has two outside zip pockets and one inside security pocket. Imported. Machine wash and dry.

Rated 5 out of 5�by deddle great fit on very petite person I purchased two black and two blue jackets. We moved from Denver to Tampa and expected wonderful winter. Hahaha the jokes on us. Our winter was and still is awful, cold and wet. My daughter and her family visited this past March from Denver. I gifted them two of these jackets. Black was perfect for son-in-law, and blue was perfectt for daughter. Needless to say, they were put to good use. Back in Denver also. Size was good for petite and average height. Colors were beautiful.Very lightweight. Not too PUFFY.Bottom cinch cord performed well. Jacket was warm in Fl. and warm in Denver. Price was crazy right. May 4, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5�by KarenRZ Comfortable, lightweight, warm and not expensive I bought a black XL goose down jacket last month, and I have to say that it is probably the best thing I've bought recently! I thought that it would not be as warm as it is as the jacket was so light, but I was wrong - it is very warm! Excellent value because it has nice zippered handwarmer pockets, one interior zipper pocket, fleece on the collar and nifty interior wrist collars for keeping cold air out of the sleeves. The bottom of the jacket also has an elastic cinch adjustment to close the bottom around you. Improvements I would make is two interior pockets, and please make them in the chest area rather than down on the belly/hip area. February 10, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5�by Anma Bean's Goose Down Jacket I bought two of these jackets -one for me, one for my daughter. Although we rarely, if ever, agree on clothing, we both agree that this is a great down jacket. We've both worn ours outside in frigid, windy, sleety temperatures below 20 degrees. We both were quite warm and comfortable against the harsh weather. There is no hood, so pack/wear a hat and gloves...there are roomy, zippered pockets to hold such items. This jacket is very light weight, so if you take it off, it's easy to carry it around if you don't want to wear it indoors -like if you're shopping, or waiting in a doctor's office, etc. The jacket repelled very wet snow and ice. The down inside did not seem to be affected by the wetness of the outer fabric. Some have commented on a "boxy" shape. That might be true to some extent, but when it comes to winter garments, I'm less interested in the fashion aspect and more concerned with the performance of the clothing against the elements. In my opinion, this jacket is a winner. February 1, 2013

When it arrived, I tried it on wearing only a tee shirt, and I couldn't begin to get the jacket zipped. The sleeves were very, very tight, and moving my arms wasn't easy. Thus, not a good coat for driving. The quality was good. Sadly, I'll have to return this. I had to check "yes" or "no" on recommendations, so I checked "no." However, I would recommend it with caveats. January 26, 2013

While there's a lower inside pocket, another might be more secure. Nice and light, seems to be water repellent, maybe another 2 inches on length and would be perfect!!! January 25, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5�by HockeyMomx2 Not Bulky and Oh So Warm As a plus size (2x) woman I was very leery on buying a down jacket for the fear of looking like a marshmellow-but I can honestly say this jacket does not add bulk to your body. It is incredibly light feeling weight wise and stood up to -24 degree wind chill while out walking. I would definitely recommend this jacket for anyone wanting warmth and style in a winter jacket. If you can get it on sale like I did it is an even better deal (however after wearing it and staying warm it is well worth paying full price)! January 24, 2013
