I like the solid frame, great lenses, non slip nose piece-I've purchased these glasses several times-they are a great value for the price. I wish there was a larger selection of colors/frames.

The lens clarity is great but what I most appreciate about these sunglasses is the foam vent at the top which keeps the lenses from fogging up but keep the sunlight from leaking in from above. The slight wrap around design also keeps sunlight out from the sides. When I lost my first pair, I bought another right away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Redwig Worth the price
I wasn't sure about ordering sunglasses on the internet, but am generally happy with L.L. Bean products and decided to give these a try. First of all, there was a noticeable difference in clarity when I took off my old sunglasses and put these on. Pretty good lenses for the price, nice shape, stay on in humid conditions. The nose guards bothered me a tiny bit at first, but I got used to them. Happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KarenSR Sunglasses are great for Running and Volleyball
I finally decided to invest in a pair of good sunglasses. A friend of mine who also Runs and plays outdoor volleyball suggested these sunglasses. The venting really helps on those hot sweaty days. I used to wear my fashion sunglasses when taking my walk/break at work, I now where my LLBeans instead. I was so happy with my Sunglasses that I purchased a pair for my better half. He now wears the LLBeans instead of his old Oakley's.

Rated 3 out of 5 by soloist spoiled by Rudy
I suppose I'm spoiled by my Rudy Projects. I did want a less-expensive back-up pair of sunglasses, but I wasn't comfortable with these. One, the ear pieces are long and stick out behind my ears, interfering with a hat. I was attracted to these in part because of the option of size S/M for smaller faces. Apparently no one took into consideration that overall head size, including the distance from face to ears, would also be smaller. And the ends of the ear pieces don't appear to be bendable. Two, I didn't like seeing the frame at the bottom of the lenses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by giddyup Excellent glasses at a reasonable price!
I use these sunglasses all the time, including galloping horses, river rafting and other sports. They are an excellent value. They can be worn on cloudy days to cut glare without being too dark but are awesome on sunny days as well. They stay in place. The only complaint I have is that the rubber ear pieces sometimes pull my hair when removing the glasses, but they do keep the glasses in place even when you are upside down, so I will let that slide! I have personally owned 4 pairs of these over the years and have also bought them for gifts.

This is my third set. The first two lasted years before I wore them out. I am glad they have not changed the design and offer a larger size. I wear these daily, fishing, yard work, playing catch. The quality of the lens is impressive.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ATCmom Not bad
Overall these are nice. Cute design. Lightweight. I find that after awhile behind my ears start to hurt. I often have this problem with glasses. What I do like about these is that you can adjust them. I just need to get them fitted properly for me. The color is nice, not too bright. Other reviews have mentioned the logo to be too big. I don't really find that its overly big. Its like any brand that you buy, the company wants you to see the logo/name.
