I was concerned about some reviews of this robe regarding the fit, but I am completely pleased with it. I am 5'6" (and average weight). This cotton knit robe is mid-calf length on me and the overlap when the robe is closed is very ample. The pima fabric is silky and lightweight, and this will be a great summer robe.

Just received this robe. I had wanted the blue color for so long! Unfortunately, the quality of this robe is dreadful. Although other reviews mentioned the sleeves being long...I found them narrow and short, and snug at the shoulders! And I'm barely 5'4"! The robe just covers my knees! Robes should have a relaxed fit, and this doesn't.
The pockets are cut cheaply, and the belt loops aren't even from the same fabric...but instead - those thin string loops.
I continue to be stunned by LL Bean's loss of quality control.

I was looking for a lightweight summer robe and this works great. I usually just need something soft for after a shower. I don't want it to be heavy, or worse, clammy with a synthetic fabric. This is very light and soft. It feels nice even in winter if I don't need it for warmth. I have a very warm robe for that.
The color is a soft, dusty lilac. I love the color but it isn't lollypop bright. The fit and quality are very good...just as I expect from LLBean. Thanks!

I ordered this robe and matching gown in three colors, and NONE of them were as colorful as shown online (3 monitors).
Very washed-out. They have all been returned. Fabric is also on the thin side.

The fabric is durable and soft and has maintained it's softness after several launderings. The sleeves were too long (I shortened them) but they usually are for me since I wear petites if they are available. What I don't like is that the overlap is skimpy and low. I have never had a wrap bathrobe from LLBean or anywhere else that does not overlap near the neckline.

I purchased this robe as a nice light weight robe for the summer. It is paper thin, and it just doesn't fit right.
Very disappointed in the quality. It has been returned.

Was looking for a light weight Summer robe. This robe fits the bill. Quality ok. Have not washed it yet thus I cannot comment on how it holds up through laundering.

Reluctantly after 15 years I finally replaced my thread bare summer robe. Before ordering I read mixed reviews on like/dislikes. For me this new robe is EXCELLENT! I'm 5'3" and the length is perfect and about 5" below the knee. Sleeves on old robe were 3/4 and I didn't think I liked the sleeve length on this new robe, however, it's easy enough to roll them up when needed and I've decided I like the longer length for lounging around. The wrap is sufficient and the ribbon ties, that a lot of people complained about are no problem, as I don't usually take time to tie them anyway. The fabric weight is PERFECT here in the south when you want a coverup to ward off the chill from the AC. The fabric is so SOFT and when washed, it comes out of the dryer with no wrinkles! I'm thinking of ordering a second one (for me) to leave in our camper as well as one for our daughter and one for our daughter-in-law. A few more colors added to the selection would be great.

I love this lightweight robe for the summer one con is that there is no latch to keep the robe from falling open, there is a tie inside but there should be another clasp on the outside to keep the robe from exposing you.

I bought this (flag blue) to coordinate with my sets of Supima PJ's. Love the fabric, washes like a dream, however I have to agree with other reviewers that there is inadequate overlap at the front. Also, you have to position the wrap very precisely to get the white piping seam to hang straight. For myself, I would prefer 3/4 or even elbow length sleeves as I have to turn the cuffs back to get them out of the way and they aren't designed for this and still look OK. I'm keeping the robe, only because I used reward/gift cards and didn't pay full price.
