I ordered this griddle to replace the same one I bought last year thinking that the one I bought last year was defective. To tell the truth, I don't know if it's a defect or if it's a design flaw. I would really love this griddle if it didn't have a bow right in the middle of it. If you want to fry an egg, you guessed it, the egg white flows right to the side groves where grease would collect. I could go on but you get the picture.
I called the company that manufactures it. The woman that took the call was surprised by my description of the problem. She told me that she would talk to the engineer's and get back to me. She didn't and I have returned both griddles. If they correct the flaw I would love to have this griddle. Thank you!

I received the griddle before going on a recent camping excursion. The griddle works great on a Coleman 2 burner propane stove! We used it for egg sandwiches, pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches. I didn't rank this as 5 stars because it already has light surface scratches even though we used extreme care in handling it. I am thankful it is an LL Bean purchase so I can return it if the scratches get worse.

I love this griddle, can't understand why the previous review states that it is unstable on a coleman stove, sits fine on my coleman 2 burner. I think he must be using it upside down.. Sits fine very stable and very durable

I'm returning b/c the curve of the handles and the grease well mean it seats poorly on my Coleman 2 burner stove. Very unstable - slides around and is wobbly. Seems strong otherwise but I can't use on my stove - I can't figure out why its made this way.
