My six year old does not like headbands, but she always wants to wear her hair down. This is the first headband that has lasted longer than 15 minutes on her head. It is so comfy, it stayed on al day at school. Would have given 5 stars, but it is a little big, so slips around a bit.

These are cute, and a bit unusual in that they are wider than the usual headband. I mean this in the most positive way, but they make me laugh because they remind me so much of that scene in "The Sound of Music" where Maria sewed the clothes, using the drapery fabric--the girls had matching headbands/scarves. Who couldn't love that?

I actually have three of these for myself. They are the most comfortable headbands I've ever worn. Great for growing out bangs or just keeping hair out of face for work. I agree though, the last one I got was too big, which surprised me because it's a children's size. I sewed about an inch in for it to fit me comfortably. Still, five stars because they're very pretty prints, the most comfy headbands I've ever found, and I like to sew :)

My 10-year-old daughter wears this as part of her school uniform as well as for play, and the headband looks adorable with her above shoulder hair! Snug without being too tight; this headband has extra width that she likes. I like that it holds up so well. We also have a pink and white flower pattern headband like this from LL Bean. Only wish there were more patterns and colors offered. Would definitely by them.

We bought these to match the dresses and they don't fit. Not even close. My daughter is 5 years old, wears a 5-6 in the dresses, has an average size head for her age, and these are so huge that they don't even touch her head around the back of her skull and fall off instantly. I had to sew down about 2 inches of the elastic band to get it close to fitting, but that leaves a bulge and now my daughter won't wear them as she is very picky about how things feel.
I'm giving them 2 stars because it is otherwise cute and I'm sure they fit older girls well.
This product needs 2 sizes: one for younger girls and one for older girls.

I bought a couple of these for my picky tomboy niece for Christmas a few years back and she loves them! She wears them all the time and even for sports. Now her sister, mom, and even some of her friends are hooked on these headbands. According to my sister, they hold up really well in the wash. They do run a little bit bigger in size, so they aren't the best for really little girls, but my 5 year old niece is able to wear them and adults can even wear them too. I keep picking these up at the outlet whenever I find them on sale, which makes them an especially good value.

This item is comfortable for my five year old daughter and looks great. That said, it is a little wide, and difficult to get to lay straight.

I ordered this for my 9 yr old daughter who loves headbands. It's very, very wide. It's too big for her little head. I'm keeping it to wear as I grow out my bangs because it is comfortable and cute. I just feel this is more of an adult sized product than one for a child.
