It's comfortable and non-restrictive. It's heavier than a tee shirt and lighter than a wet suit. It runs small. I usually wear something between a large and x-large. I got an x-large and it's snug. Rated 5 out of 5�by guth HydroSkin Shorty Shirt The hydroskin does a good job of moderating the water temperature that comes in contact with the skin. It is not so insulated that one overheats on days that are warm. It seems to dry quickly so that one does get that clammy feeling. It does fit like a second skin. It can be layered with other protective gear without becoming too bulky. I use it for whitewater boating where I am "up close and personal with the water." It has been used so far in air temperatures from 45F-75F and water temperatures from 40F-70F. I am sure that I will be using it in greater extremes. May 30, 2010
