Rated 5 out of 5 by angler67 Get The Big One
Has everything you want in a shooting bag for the range or field. Lots of space for shells, ear protectors, shooting glasses, lunch, etc. Handy compartments you will use for all of your stuff. The shell casing side case that uses the bag belt was a really good idea and the material appears to be substantial enough to take a beating. It is a great bag - but I was disappointed to learn Bean did not offer a monogram on this item. This is exactly the kind of item you want personalized. Get the big one - you will use all of the space. The bag is a range shooters friend.

I searched for a long time for a range and field bag. This bag is second to none that I have evaluated. I like the feature that allows the shoulder strap to turn into the belt for the shell holder.
I have the large bag and it is more that adequate. I use the bag mostly for handgun and rifle shooting supplies. I can hold several hundred handgun rounds and several hundred rifle rounds for a day on the range. I can also fit 3 full size handguns in addition to the ammo.
This bag has several pockets around the paremeter of the bag on the inside. My one wish that I could add to this bag would be an ability to split the bottom of the bag into 2 compartments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SigGirl Large Range and Field Bag
I purchased this bag in January for my Range bag. I love this bag it holds so much stuff. The glasses holder is great and there are mutiple places for ammo and magazines and the large size of the opening is great for getting in mutiple pistols. I would recommend this bag to anyone who likes to shoot and dosen't want the typical black range bag everyone else uses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Leiru Small Range Bag
I just purchased my first handgun (a .38 Special) and this bag is perfect for the range and storage. Everything I need fits in it: pistol case, 3 boxes of ammo, cleaning materials, ear protection, etc and I still have room. I particularly like the built in safety glasses pocket, the rugged zippers that can be locked, the sturdy structure & multitude of pockets. This is one bag that won't wear out and will protect my investment in personal protection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mommasgotabrandnewbag Works great as a diaper bag
I know lots of you avid hunters will cringe but this makes a great dipaer bag. My father-in-law gave this to me as a gift for when I go skeet shooting with them. How it ended up as the diaper bag I do not remember but......it has pockets for everything. The opening of the bag is so wide that you can see everything. No digging. It is even guy friendly since it looks cool and not at all like a traditional diaper bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by djnazz Great bag!
Got the large bag, and just took it out trap shooting. Great bag, with way more room than I could imagine anyone ever needing. The shell bag seems to be pretty solid too.

Plenty of room for ammo (8+ boxes?), mags, pistols, scope, ears, etc. Workmanship/materials is very high quality. Locking zipper a plus.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Shooter16 Strap doesn't cut it
I bought the large bag for sporting clays to carry shotgun ammo around a clays course. The interior of the bag is somewhat "busy" with various compartments, etc., but workable and serves that basic function.
However, this product utterly fails as far as the shoulder strap is concerned, specifically the pad. The surface of the pad may as well be Teflon because it is slippery and there is no way to keep it on your shoulder without holding it with your hand, which defeats the idea of having a shoulder strap - to free up your hand. The bag is guaranteed to fall off my shoulder onto the ground, or on top of my gun, and more than a few times has dumped the contents of the bag on the ground.
The pad is not detachable - to enable replacemnt with a different pad - owing to the oversized plastic clips used to affix the strap itself to the bag. I finally jsut wrapped three large, very wide rubber bands around the pad that provde a bit of "stick" when it rests on my shoulder. Not exactly a pretty solution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tferguson Range and Field Bag
Just big enough for a couple of hundred rounds of ammo, magazines, ear muffs and assorted small shooting stuff, rugged construction and really cool looking - much more so than the Glock bag. The only thing I would change would be to eliminate those small interior pockets and just have one large compartment. Otherwise, it's a perfect range bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by OffCourse Range Bag size small
After extensive searching and finally buying another range bag by another popular company (and returning it due to it being low quality), I was blown away by how HIGH quality this bag is. The cordura is EXTRA heavyweight and durable, construction is absolutely top notch and the features are perfect, the zippers are the most rugged zippers I've seen. The small size bag is just the right size for a handgun bag. I've got glasses, full size earmuffs, four 50-round boxes, all my cleaning / lubricating supplies in it and it's a nice fit; room for more stuff, but not SO much more room that everything is sloshing around in there.
After looking at so many other bags, I can say that this is by far the best value out there. If the other $60 bags I looked at were really worth $60 then this thing is surely worth $200.
