This steamer is as lovely as advertised; my only complaint is that it is not made in the USA. I wish I had realized this before I ordered it. We purchased the large in matte black...I wouldn't want to have it any smaller.

We have a small stove with a narrow ledge for a steamer. This one fits perfectly (the small one). Now we are not drying out when we enjoy a fire. Nice finish, steams wonderfully. We're VERY happy with our purchase.

As my title states, it's ok. I only have it about 2weeks and I see minute rusting on the bottom edge of the cover which I'm sure will expand as time goes on.
But, it looks good and I guess I'll just have to paint it in the future.

Very nice looking as well as efficient. With the very open top allows for a lot of steam out. A good thing. wish there was a medium size as the small is SMALL nervous about going dry. The large would not fit on top of our wod stove. Over all like very much.

During a recent cold spell I had the wood stove going continuously, and I'm really glad I had a way to humidify the air. I was surprised at the rapid evaporation from the steamer, but it's simple to add water through the large opening on top. I'm glad the directions warned to be sure it doesn't get completely empty. My mineral-laden water left deposits on the inside, but because it's enamel, it was effortless to clean. Oh, and it looks good!

I bought the little steamer in the green color. We recently remodeled our bedroom and bought one of those electric free standing stoves for in it. We have these steamers on all our gas stoves and my husband thought our electric stove needed one too. Basically we are just using it as a prop. The top of the electric stove never gets hot, so we just set it on there with no water in it so the stove looks good. I love the green color. It matches our bedroom great. Overall it's a well made pot and I would recommend it for either using with water or not using if you just want something that looks good.

This steamer is really nice and does the trick. I love the enamel finish. The bottom is also flat, which is nice. I had a different steamer and the bottom was perfectly flat. It rubbed a spot on my woodstove and the steamer rusted. It was a mess. This one is doing a great job and it really does keep the humidity up in the house! Great quality product.

Thought this would be the answer to dry conditions when burning the wood stove, so we don't have to run the humidifier. Bought the small steamer since I didn't think the large would fit on top of the stove, but it doesn't even take 2 quarts of water, (directions state not to fill the pot) Nice color, blends well with stove, okay design (don't like the kettles with a spout) but should be a round shape to hold more water. Also, shouldn't leave it on the stove without water. It will never get through the night!Thinking about returning it.
