This shirt is both comfortable and nice looking. It fits slightly loosely. The fabric is a nice weight for spring. I had one of these shirts for many years and finally wore it out. I plan to do the same with this one.

This shirt fits perfectly. The sizing is correct. It washes beautifully and travels well. I just roll it up, stick it in the suitcase, and it is ready to wear whenever I need it.

I absolutely love this shirt. It is the perfect cross between a shirt and a light summer sweater. I ordered the cream/blue and fell in love with it. Just went back and ordered the grey/cream. Wish it hadn't sold out in other colors in my size. I am very busty and this shirt looks flattering without being tight. Hope you bring back the other colors next year!

It's a classic. I had one like it that I bought from LLBean about 15 years ago and it just started to wear out. It's nice to know these items never go out of style. (For me anyway!!)

This is a great shirt. I love that it is a little longer in the body--it is comfortable and slimming. The fabric is of nice quality and the stripes all match. I can see why it got so many wonderful reviews. I purchased the navy and green in a medium and I am 5'6" 145#.

I ordered this amazing shirt in 2009 when it was offered with a CREW neck. Now it is only offered in a BOAT neck which in the size medium measures 11" across. It felt like it was about to fall off my shoulders. It's made so it isn't possible to alter the neckline (I asked a tailor). The model in the catalog was photographed from the side making the shirt look like it had a smaller neck opening.
Please offer this great looking, very comfortable shirt in both crew neck AND boat neck. I would stock up on them. I like the new grey and cream combo. I would recommend this to a friend if they had the shoulders for it.

I really wanted to keep this sweater, it looked so nice with my new dark-wash jeans. The boat-neck fit well, too, which isn't always the case for me. I didn't care for the length of the sweater, so I returned it. At 5'2" it's not surprising when things are little long on me. Interestingly, though, I bought the same sweater in a different color, and found the length just right.

I fell in love with this type of shirt when I saw some offered during a trip. I'm really glad I decided to wait until I got home to see what L.L. Bean offered--the price and quality far exceeded the ones I had been eying. The fit and hand are both pleasing to me, and it washes and dries like a dream. Even though it's summer in LA, they are just the thing for those of us who feel chilly in many air-conditioned places!
