Rated 4 out of 5 by Silver123 Beautiful fabric, but order a larger size
This is a high quality tee; the fabric is medium weight, silky and beautiful and comes out of the wash looking and feeling good. However, the shirt does shrink in the dryer in both width and length, so I would recommend ordering one size larger that the sizing chart says. The deep mallard and shade teal heather are lovely jewel tone colors.

Where's this same Tee in a "relaxed fit" size? I used to buy these all the time and now they are nowhere to been seen. Not enough "relaxed fit" options in shirts - the ones you do have look very masculine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by qscftyjpo I'm disappointed
I bought two of these shirts, Sunlit Heather and Beeswax Heather. Wow, what great colors. I got the shirts to wear on vacation this spring. As I was folding shirts as they came out of the dryer, I could see they had shrunk. I don't want to wear them this way. I'm so sorry to return something that has been laundered, LLB.

Mega shrinkage in length after washing. Now tee is wide and short. Not fitted or flattering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bluebelle49 GREAT TEE
I ordered two of these shirts recently to see how they would be and I must say that I LOVE them! Just what I was looking for! The fabric is not see-through at all and the weight of the fabric is quite substantial and comfortable to wear. I washed them right away and they didn't shrink at all and I dried them on medium heat in the dryer - came out perfect. The fit is amazing...just right through the shoulders and neckline and just slightly fitted through the waist - enough to not make it look boxy on. I will be getting more of these tops and I am very satisfied with the way that they look.

Rated 2 out of 5 by BeanDream A beautiful color, but fit fell short
I wear size XL and have never had a problem with any of LL Bean's clothing in that size, until this style. The catalog states that the fit is "Relaxed" but it is anything but. It fits me more like a size Large through the bust, hips and sleeve width. Also the sleeve length is somewhat short. A disappointing purchase which, rather than pay return postage to return, I will give to someone who can wear it better.

I am so sorry I cannot find these in other colors. My fear is that soon I will not be able to purchase them at all. The cotton is a nice firm cotton and always holds its shape, even with all the washings ..I never put anything in the dryer. This is not a clingy fabric at all.
I am hoping there will be more to choose from in the near future? I see that the 3/4 sleeve still has a bit more of a selection!

Rated 4 out of 5 by slee Great throw-on for casual summer days
This review is for the Women's short-sleeve all cotton v-neck tee - several different t's come here.
I bought 2 in May and am back to buy another color. As happens all too often, here it is mid-June and in Women's 1X there are 4 colors available, a few coming back in stock in early July and the rest sold out. Regular sizes have about 10 choices.
At any rate, I came back to get another color because the size was right, the colors were good (the cream is not see-through on me), the fabric was nice and it did not shrink when washed in cold water. It is all cotton and does wrinkle, but not too badly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by twogoldens SHRINKS!
I bought a size 1X and it shrank almost 2" in length after washing in warm water and low heat in the dryer. The cap sleeves also shrank. I was aware of the shrinkage issue and now it fits fine. I'm 5' 4" but if you are tall or have a long torso you might want to try another style. If it shinks any more, I will be returning it and the several others that I bought since LL Bean no longer carries the V-neck Beans Tees in woman's sizes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KateD Good fit, price and quality
I love Bean's tees. They're so well made that I have some that are several years old and they still look new. I layer them when I travel and they can go from looking great with jeans to wearing with a skirt to go out to dinner. I love the new colors for spring. The Aqua Sea and Light Apricot are going to be a staple. They aren't baggy and the material is thick enough that the light colored shirts aren't see through.
