These are very nice sheets, but the bottom sheet had a thin spot in it and after just 2 washings it developed a hole. I have mended it and it is fine. However, I did not expect a flaw in the pricier sheet. I do prefer the Ultra soft sheets that I bought last year. They are thicker and warmer and cost much less. The Premium sheets are much silkier though. I guess it depends on what is important to you.

These are wonderful, soft, thick flannel sheets that have really improved our quality of life in our cold climate. They are costly but worth it. The sheets are comfortable and warm up very fast and are like sleeping in a soft cloud. They have not pilled and launder beautifully. The review title says "floral," but we have the Sandbar color sheets. The Sandbar color has a slightly grey, cement cast but is close to the image on the website. I like the color. We did a lot of research on Portuguese flannel sheets from various high end vendors and chose the LLBean sheets because of the quality of LLBean products. We are happy with our purchase.

I ordered the premium supima flannel sheets in two sets, one bluegrass and the other in sandbar. Both colors were not as deep in color as depicted online, but don't take that as a negative. They are gorgeous and fit the bill perfectly. I'd describe the bluegrass as slightly deeper than a light blue. It matches the sand dollar quilt marvelously. The sandbar color is what I'd term a dove grey and works really well with the blues & greys in the wall paper. It is softer than the color is shown online. The quality of these sheets is worth every penny and I was particularly happy I took advantage of L.L. Bean's 20 % off sale. Thanks, L.L.!!!!

I bought the flat sheet to go with my white fitted sheet. These are the best flannel sheets ever made and the only ones I buy now! You will not be disspointed!

I'll admit that when I saw the price of these sheets, and realized that was per sheet, not a set, I was reluctant to spend that amount of money, especially since our dogs share our bed. But, I loved the print on these sheets so I ordered them thinking I would return them if they weren't fabulous. Needless to say, they are NOT going back and, in fact, I'll be ordering another set because I absolutely love these sheets! If you've been searching for the perfect sheets, search no more because you've found them! Even though they're flannel, I'm sure we will use them all year, just because they feel so absolutely amazing! I ordered them in the bue/green/white floral pattern and it's gorgeous! They were super soft right out of the package, and they washed and dried beautifully. Buy them...you won't be disappointed!

I feel I must submit a review for these flannel sheets....
If you are a person that has a hard time getting up in the mornings, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT under any circumstances purchase this product! If you do, and I am warning you, you will be late for work everyday! It is like awakening in a cocoon - one that is virtually impossible to get out of on a cold wintery day! If you insist on this purchase, you might also want to consider updating your resume!

The title says it all. I have had these a couple of weeks or so. They will continue to get taken off the bed for washing and then straight back on until the weather warms. Hubby loves 'em too.

I waited for the winter to put these on the bed. First of all they washed up wonderfully with no pilling. I own several sets of the Ultrasoft Flannel also sold here and those do tend to pill slightly, but none so far with these. I love those other sheets too, but these are the top of the line
They are just so incredibly thick and incredibly soft, the first time I put them on the bed I wanted to climb in, in the middle of the afternoon...
As others have indicated, they are oversized, deep pockets on the fitted sheet, extra length on the flat sheet and room in the pillowcases for oversized pillows.
I can't say enough about these. I almost wish we had colder weather more often so I could use these more often as well as they are just so warm.
I will still use the Ultrasoft flannel sheets, but LL Bean is right to label these Premium. Yes, they are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and these are incredible.
Note: I purchased the single color in Sandbar and not the floral version.

We have never owned flannel sheets before, but were getting tired of getting into a cold bed in the winter. These are the softest, most wonderful sheets - they are like sleeping in a cloud. They washed up beautifully. I was concerned about being too warm, but I think the supima cotton makes them very breathable - so they are cozy, but not hot. I purchased the soft moss which is a wonderful pale sage shade - it was exactly what I was looking for - they are lighter than depicted in the picture. They match the pale moss sateen pillowcases perfectly as I did not want flannel pillowcases. So happy that these were not sold in sets! We have enjoyed them so much, I just purchased the sheets in the natural color. I hope to have them many years! It is a pleasure to go to bed at night!
