Boot was easy to put on and fit fine. Does not run large. Little girl who didn't much like cold weather was coaxed into playing in the snow. A great value with discounts-much better than what was available elsewhere for similar price.

great looking boot, but it must run on the small size. I needed to return it. Sadly the next size up was out of stock.

I just bought a teal pair size 7, for my newly turned two year old. They are no comparison to the last boots she had that didn't even stay velcroed. She could wear these boots all day outside and I would never have to tighten them or ask if her toes are cold. I LOVE the adjustable snugness around the ankles; It provides excellent support for all toddler sailors out there still getting used to their land legs... ESPECIALLY in the snow! Also, I found the "this belongs to" tag inside of the boot to be a little small and hard to get to. This feature is important for a little girl in day care who has playmates with the same boots. No worries though. I found that the fabric under the velcro strap works perfectly & provides plenty of space using a fine felt tipped pen.

We have around 2 feet of snow right now. My one year old daughter has been outside walking around in it for the last few days. These boots paired with some snow pants have kept her feet warm and dry.

I have tried a few different pairs of boots... These are the first pair my 17 month old can actually walk and run in. It would help if the boots opened wider for an easier slide in, but you don't need to put on a thick sock so with a regular sock they go on fine. My lil guys feet are dry and warm after playing in the snow!

Rated 5 out of 5áby UkieGirl Cushioned like a tennis shoe.
This boot is unlike any you will find in other stores. It has excellent, supportive cushioning -- like your child's favorite tennies! The rubber is stabilizing, but not stiff. It is excellent at gripping snow and preventing little slips. Easy on/off. Tall enough to keep snow out, but not so much that it inhibits walking/running. This is simply the BEST toddler boot around and is worth the investment.

I have purchased these boots for my daughter two years in a row. When she was 2 years old, they worked great and fit her well, so I bought them in her size again this past winter, when she was 3. This year, she's playing in the snow a lot more - both at home and at preschool. Every time, she comes back with her ankles soaking wet! The hard plastic bottoms of the boot keep her feet dry and warm, but the nylon upper does nothing to keep out the snow. My daughter does have thin legs and ankles, but we got her fitted for the boots at the LLBean headquarters store. I don't think I'll be buying them again next year.

I bought these boots for my 3 /12 year old grandson this winter. His feet were warm and dry after several hours of snow tubing in Jackson, NH. The materials used and construction are very nice and he will definitely outgrow them before wearing them out. Before purchasing, I read the reviews and some of them said these boots were very easy to put on and their toddler was able to put them on by themselves. I did not find that to be the case, but they were no more difficult to get on a toddler than any other boot. I would recommend these boots for cold weather activities.
