Just ordered these in a medium and had to send them back for smaller size - Yea! I'm apple shaped - no waist - no hips and these are very flattering - make sure to talk to a representative and measure your waist, I was told the small stretches to 39 inches - they are very comfortable - I just ordered a pair in every color for spring and summer.

I love these pants. The fit is excellent for me - a medium size. They are so soft and keep their shape, with excellent fit at the waist. I have the navy blue and can wear it with a lot of different colors. I already have it's brother the bootcut pants and might order another one in black for the fall.

What a pleasant surprise! I have such a hard time finding pants that fit perfectly, but these are great! They are super comfortable, and good for wearing around the house or out and about. I got them in black and I'm going to order them in Navy right now!!

I have 6 or 7 pairs of the long pant (straight leg) in all colors but brown, and 3 or 4 of the cropped version: they fit, they wash well, the fabric is exceptional (soft, medium weight) - I can find nothing wrong with them, nothing to "gripe" about, they are outstanding in a field of clothing that has become substandard by most standards, mine included. LLBean promises quality and they deliver it.
I'm 5'4", I have long legs for my height, and I find that the regular length, medium size in both cropped and full length version fit beautifully. By and large I"m happy with my body shape and size and weight, but if I have to say I have a problem area where other company's pants fail to fit me, it's the waist, that's widened with age. Still, these pants, size medium regular, fit as well as when my waist was smaller.
I can't think of a better pant out there, price, quality - not to mention LL Bean's great delivery service. If you haven't tried these pants yet, I urge you to do so. They're the best bar none that I've come across in the market, and I think you'll agree.

I ordered a pair of these pants in black and after trying them on, ordered two more colors. It's hard for me to find pants that fit in both the hips and the waist and these pants fit both. The fabric is nice and they are very comfortable.

I love these. I wear the pant length all winter and they offer capris. I had to shorten them about 4 inches but then I'm only 4' 11". They wash beautifully with no shrinkage. Plan to buy more soon.

These pants are pretty good compared to what is out there in the market. I like longer pants, like almost ankle length and a touch slimmer without pockets but nobody is making them, I find that style to be the most flattering to me. I would buy these in a tall if they had them.
The only problem I have with them is for some reason my stitching on the waist always unravels. I have this problem on every pair I ever bought which is going back a few orders. Now I check them after washing and if I see it beginning, I need to hand sew it quickly before the whole row of stitches pops out. Other than that these are about as good of a basic crop pant as you will find on the market.

These pants are of super quality. I love the way they feel. Not cheap material, they will probably stand up to wear. I order my usual size 22 and will have to exchange for a 20. Also, I ordered petite... I am 5'2' and these pants touch my ankles - they are only about 3" shorter than the regular pants. Why is this??? I have noticed this trend lately, they have made the petite lengths longer... Still I'm so thrilled with the quality I will pay to have them shortened. I also want to say though that in contrast to many of the reviewers who say the weight is good for year round wear...not in the Midwest! They are too heavy weight for hot and humid weather.

I did not like the length of the cropped so will be sending them back.
These would be great in a shorter length! Maybe knee or just below knee - like bermudas; and keep the pockets - they would be so soft and comfortable.
Love the fabric in Perfect Fit pants - although be prepared for them to look a bit faded after a few washings (and I use cold water setting). I did notice as others mentioned that maybe the fabric has changed. But, I will order a couple more pairs when some newer colors are added - maybe dark brown will be offered again.

I ordered these for going out and about casually. The length is to long for crop pants and to short for ankle pants. I ordered the petite length and I am 5'2".
The color is not like the sample. It is more brown yellow than khaki and quite intense. I will use these pants to walk the dog. The material is a smooth and comfortable. The pockets are useful for keys and dog training treats.
