Rated 4 out of 5�by luvmyluca color not the same, short sleeve hems flip up Although I like the quality of the fabric and the basic construction is good, there are a couple of problems with this shirt. The "glade green" color ends up being a MUCH brighter green than shown on the computer - I have 4 computers and the colors on all 4 of my screens are a much more muted green which is what I was hoping for but did not get. Also, the hems on the short sleeves flip up and have to be adjusted constantly and consistently. I hope someone at LL Bean reads this and corrects the problems with this shirt. March 18, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5�by mcatt just okay Perhaps my expectations were too high, since my other LLBean purchases were awesome, but these shirst were average, at best. First, the sizing runs small. My son wears 12-14 normally, so I purchased both Medium (10-12) and Large (14-16). The Large JUST fit and it's definitely on the short side - and my son is not tall! As for softness, this isn't soft. This is the same polo type material that is sold at the "uniform store" at a fraction of the price. I was really expecting soft and comfortable. It does appear durable, but clearly my son will outgrow it before we know for sure! February 20, 2012

They cost a little more but will be looking good all season. I just ordered 3 more ss and 2 long sleeves September 14, 2011

My grandson is attending a parochial school for the first time, we were informed that we would have to buy a certain shade of red and we were not completely sure that the red polo we ordered would fall in the school's guidelines. But we received the polo and it was the perfect shade of red and it is excellent quality as well. I will be ordering more as my grandson needs them for sure. I can count on LL Bean! It is hard to find polos without stain resistant chemicals applied, so I was very disappointed this shirt is so boyish. August 31, 2011
