I bought these pants several years ago, but did not wear them very much due to not fitting well. I recently was able to start wearing the pants again and noticed this seam in the bottom was pilling. I called customer service and voiced my concern. Customer service told me to print a return label and return the pants no questions asked. As I am writing this review my new pants are on there way. All I have to say is that ll bean has the greatest customer and I am a customer for life. Thanks ll bean!!!!!!

I bought a pair of these about six months ago and have been extremely pleased with their look, fit, performance and after-wash appearance.
I especially like the rich looking fabric and its ability to shed stains.
Will definitely buy more.

I purchased these for my husband. He owns many different colors of these pants. It's the only ones he wears to work! They always have a crisp, finished look without being as formal as dress slacks. The only problem...because they are made of 100% cotton and my husband wears them everyday, they fade and look worn at the pockets and center butt seam very quickly. I am constantly buying new ones. It would be nice if they came in more colors, like a dark brown and grey. Seems like there are many shades of tan/kahki. The black always seem back ordered and Navy can be hard to get too.

Excellent business casual wear. I buy an assortment of these chinos about every two years. Excellent looks , fits like I love and wears great. Much better than anything you could find in a retail store.

this pant is not the first of these I have in my closet. In fact, they are pretty much the only pants I wear for work and casual outings. I have worn these chinos for years. the reason for a new pair is; the laundry service in Afghanistan has been less than kind to all our laundry items...this is also why I took the oldest pants in my closet. they are still good, but won't be so much when I get back home.
these pants are well worth the cost,

Great slack for business casual dress. Exactly as expected. Perfect fit. Wrinkle resistant, great quality. Very happy with this purchase. Had the slacks cuffed and LL Bean did a great job.

Great for everyday use in my medical office work. I've owned many pairs in recent years and the latest ones I bought seem to be even better after the ones I got a year or two ago seemed to decline in quality a bit from the prior years. Maybe that's just normal variation but the fabric and fit seem to be improved in these newest pairs I bought so I didn't mind paying a little more.
