Rated 5 out of 5áby LoveYourPockets Pima Cotton - Well worth the money
This is exactly as described in catalog and on-line: silky inside & out. I prefer 100% Pima to the shirts with spandex in collar & cuffs, especially turtlenecks. Your pima cotton turtleneck holds up in laundry for years and years. I have some that I have worn for more than 4 years. The fit has not changed.

I have to say, I am disappointed in this Pima Cotton Turtleneck. I have purchased several in the past, and this years' version does not seem to be of the same quality. The fabric feels thinner to me and the neck has not held it's shape. I would rather pay a little more for a turtleneck that feels more substantial.

For the most part, I like the pima cotton turtleneck. The neck is comfortable and so is the sleeve length. It also washes well. However, the problem is the length of the shirt, which makes it difficult to tuck into jeans and pants. Any movement causes the shirt to become untucked. With my husband's Bean turtlenecks, he is accommodated for both sleeve and length. I am on the shorter side, so this is frustrating, as I can imagine it would be for women who have longer arms and torso.
Please consider making the shirt longer.

I am surprised and disappointed with the amount of shrinkage after washing.

While I still love the material and INITIAL fit of all the pima shirts from LLB, I am so terribly disappointed with the shrinkage that happens every - single -time!!
With no exceptions, EVERY single pima top I have ordered from LLB over the last 3 years (or so) has shrunk at least 2 inches in length and at least 1.5 inches in width after the first wash - even using almost no heat in the dryer. And they continue to shrink, until after about the 5th or 6th wash, they are almost like the old crop tops that barely cover the waist. I am slightly above average height at 5'-7", but this is just ridiculous - and costly. Who can afford to have to replace their clothing after only a month or 2 of wear???
I have older pima shirts from LLB - probably at least 6 years old - that still fit exactly as they did the day I got them, so I know that Bean must have changed the fabric at some point since that time.
PLEASE - PLEASE either go back to the older fabric - if possible - or start offering these shirts in sizes for taller women - that goes for Bean's regular tees, too. I think you'd make a whole lot of ladies very happy if you did.

Rated 3 out of 5áby Gumbo33 Nice Fabric
I ordered a Pima turtleneck in Feb. 2015, it was not the same as the one I bought last year. I compared them and realized the older one had more stretchability than the new. That little bit of give was much nicer. I may return it for a larger size or just return it.

I do, like all the others, love the fit, feel and color. Especially like the printed labels...BUT, I order large, 4 of them. Tried them on when they arrived. PERFECT!!! Washed, cold water, dried in dryer (per instructions). Every one of them shrank a full size. Hugely disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5áby kwit great Tee
I have several of Bean's Pima cotton tees in various styles. They are so comfortable and fit so nice, They are longer in style which I like. No tendency to ride up. They drape nicely. I have other tees from LLBean with other cotton. They are nice quality and heavier. However, I prefer this one to the others. They layer very nicely without any bulk.

It is hard to find a turtle neck with a quality fabric and nice fit but this one was an excellent combination.

This Tneck was as good as I expected. The medium blue is a good color. The shirt, as a first layer, is warm and mostly comfortable. A little shorter turtleneck would fit me better.
