I have not had time to use all of the functions yet, but so far so good. I am not wild about the color.

I waited a while before writing a review to make sure that I was able to communicate accurate information. This watch was a little tricky to get going at first. The callibrating took 2 times to get it right and trying to work it at 5 am was a bit tricky at first. Now that I know what I'm doing, I find it very easy to use and accurate. It is great for running on the road! I was able to use a couple of coupons and gift card so it was affordable.

I wear a hip pedometer all day to count my steps. I thought this watch would be great and take irs' place.. The watch was lovely but not for using as a pedometer. It could be used for a specfic exercise event and be accurate. Too bad.........a nice idea but it didnt work for me. I had to return it.

Great value and many cool features. Wish I could track my splits, but it has every other feature a runner could want. Love it! Would I recommend it for a friend? Yes, and I have, AND I actually bought one for a friend.

I love my new watch and it's easy to use. There are two main menus, one for setting the features, and one for using the features. With most watches, you set the alarm time and turn the alarm on in one step. With this watch, you set the alarm time in the settings menu and then turn it on through the functions menu. In the long run, it's faster and more efficient to have the two menus because everything is already set, you just quickly select what you need. when you need it.
My only gripe is that it wandered off and I can't find it -- and I miss it!

But I can't get this thing to accurately calibrate. I've tried doing it using google maps, using a treadmill, and running a road race and none of it seems accurate. I wore it during a 15K race (9.3 miles) and the display showed 10.8 miles at the finish.

Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with this watch. It's very cute and supposedly has great features. However, the pedometer, distance counter, calorie counter, etc. don't work. After walking over 2 miles, the pedometer started counting for a brief time and then stopped again. The manual that comes with the watch is of little help because it only gives steps to set the watch settings (which is difficult in itself). The manual doesn't have a FAQ or troubleshooting section, so you're pretty much on your own after you complete the set-up. The Tech 40 website only offers an electronic version of the manual, so again, it's of little help. I love the concept of this watch....I just wish it worked!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Roobie Good, but not simple . . .
This watch is very good quality and very nice looking, but it is a little harder to use than a typical sports watch.
To set the timer, you have to go into the "setting" menu, where you can set up to ten different timers to whatever time you want. To use the timer, you have to be in "timer" mode, and can then choose from any of the lengths of time that you selected previously. Since I have certain lengths of time that I frequently need to time, this works fine for me. But if you need to frequently need to change the amounts of time (or have more that ten that you generally use), this may not be the watch for you.
Also, while you have to go into "timer" mode to use the timer, the time of day is still displayed on the screen. So I just leave the watch in timer mode all the time, then I can use the timer throughout the day without having to push lots of buttons.
Hope that helps!

Bought this for myself, to encourage me in walking. WAY too complicated to set up, especially for a "technologically-challenged" user. Planning to return this soon. very disappointing.

Bought this for my wife, but it wasn't what she expected. It's bulkier than it looked online and is kind of complicated to set up for someone not used to this type of device. Looks like a good product for the avid exerciser, but not for the casual user who may want to use it at work, etc.
