Rated 3 out of 5 by FishyKitty A lightweight boot that can be roomier
I wear hiking shoes in 7 to 7.5 and street shoes (just nylons) in 6.5. I ordered two boots - size 7 and size 8. This is after reading other reviews that suggest that the boot is on the smallish side. I live in the far east and getting the wrong size would mean having to pay for shipping twice.
The biggest plus point for these boots are there are fabulously light! when compared to the competitors boot.
The size 7 is the correct length for my feet but it is narrow and I can only wear a thin sock with my 2.5 mm neoprene booties. I dont have particularly wide feet (ie i dont need EE sizing) but honestly dont see how it could have accommodated neoprene and regular wading socks. The size 8 will accommodate both but obviously longer.
The lacing is threaded through D ring hardware throughout the boot. It should have been the regular boot hooks at least for the most part of the boot. It is hard to keep the tension on with the D ring when you are crossing the laces.
I will keep both boots as they are incredibly lightweight - and use them according to whether I need the extra warmth for colder waters. Would have given it top marks if it had roomier widths and toe box area.

The woman's West Branch Aqua Stealth Wading Boots were too small and too narrow. I ordered the Gray Ghost Wading Boots in the Men's size 7 Wide that fit perfect.

They are a bit clumsy - could be me just getting used to the size of this item. Fit well with the Flywieght Wader. Need to test further to give a better opinion of durability.

Order one size up definitely. Great boot. Sturdy on the rocks. Already thinking of them for a birthday gift.

These are the most comfortable fly fishing wading boots I have ever had. They hold well in the currents and cushion the feet when walking. The fit to my size 9 feet was perfect. They have a narrow looking outside foot design that flatters too! They are not at all bulky.

I ordered these boots along with the women's Rapid River stockingfoot waders, since my old apparel was wearing out. The waders are great. The boots were much too snug in size 8 (I wear 7 1/2 to 8 reg. shoe) so I ordered a size 9 wading boot. It, too, was a little bit too snug, wearing a lightweight sock in the waders. Since I was running out of time before a fishing trip, I bought boots at our destination. They are nice lightweight boots at a good price: order 2 sizes larger than your reg. shoe.

These are great!! I'm a tough critic when it comes to outdoor gear. I demand something comfortable that will keep up with me all day long. These fit the bill. Personally I think that these run true to what you should expect for a wader. I bought the same size as my running shoes. The fit is great. I have small feet which means quite a bit of extra neoprene to contend with and stuff into a boot. These boots do have a short tongue but my solution was to buy an extra long shoe horn. This helped my neoprene encased foot slide more easily into the boot and prevents the neoprene from bunching up behind my heel.

These boots are wonderful. I wear a size 7 1/2 shoe and got the size 8 boot and it was too tight with my waders on. Returned the size 8 and reordered the size 9 and they are perfect.

These boots looked great, but they are very small. I wear a size 9 shoe. I ordered a size 10 boot and, with my stockingfoot waders, could barely stuff my foot in them. Sadly, had to return them since 10 is the largest size they come in

Rated 5 out of 5 The boots I've been looking for
I love these boots! In size 8 they are indeed smaller than my Hodgman size 8s. But I wear size 7 1/2 street shoes and usually size 8 athletic shoes. I have a narrow heel and a high arch. Over my stocking foot waders, these boots fit perfectly and offer excellent support. I appreciate the light weight, as well. I have fished in them once and found that the Aquastealth sole grips at least as well as felt soles, maybe better, and with the light weight and better fit, I enjoyed improved agility in a fairly rocky stream. Excellent value for the price.
