Rated 5 out of 5 by JudyKos Very Portable and Comfortable chair
I knew when I ordered this chair that it was low to the ground (great for those on-the-lawn concerts) and I was a bit worried about us sixty-something's being able to get out of it. It is not a problem. The sturdy wooden arms and the angle that it sits you make standing up fairly problem free. The chair is sturdy but light weight and east to carry. The one thing I would change is to have a better adjustment system for the back angle. The one it has works but is not real ergonomically friendly and can slip after awhile.

I purchased 2 of these chairs after carefully researching many chairs and I am disappointed because the chairs are uncomfortable, the wooden armrests make them heavy, and one of them arrived broken.

Rated 4 out of 5 by alamedabeangal comfy lightweight chair
I wanted a lightweight comfortable camp chair with a structured seat and good lumbar support for camping. I have lower back problems and can't do camp chairs with saggy seats and backs anymore. I have no problem getting out of it even though it's low to the ground. Plus, it's a chair that I can easily carry to local music, etc. events. The only feature I don't like are the straps that raise and lower the back because they get in the way of resting my arms comfortably on the chair arms. I would have preferred the mechanism for raising and lowering the back was in the chair arms. Otherwise it fits the bill for me.

The chair is sturdy and comfortable in an upright position. However it does not recline as far back as I anticipated. The back does not come up high enough for comfortable head rest.

Rated 4 out of 5 by camper22 great chair, very comfortable
I had an older model of this chair and I think this one is better except that it only has one cup holder. I like the design of this one better. Easy to carry on your back, lighter weight. It's a bit cumbersome to adjust the back but it's not a big deal. The simple design of the adjustment strap keeps it lightweight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by BlossomOH As advertised
My family and I every summer go to a number of outdoor concerts. These concerts or listen to on the side of the hill. For several seasons we've noticed several people have this type of chair. Now after having purchased two for my wife and I my 16-year-old son wants us to buy another. The chair is everything that it is advertised. It is comfortable it is portable it does have a padded back and seed with an armrest in the cupholder. Very sturdy and reliable to sit in, perfect for where were listening to the music. great buy and great customer service!

Rated 4 out of 5 by WVUMOM Nice Beach Chairs
We purchased these chairs specifically for the beach and they were great. My husband and I are both tall so that was a concern for us. The upper bar in the chair back hit us right on our necks which was slightly uncomfortable but would not prevent me from recommending these chairs. As we are both sizable people, these chairs were very easy to get out of, although they are a little awkward to carry on your back. The wooden arm rests are very nice as is the drink holder. Good, sturdy chairs!

First one broke after 1 1/2 years, second one - one of the poles in the frame sheared in half. Great chair if it didn't break. Returned both.

Needed a low height seat camp and beach chair that would hold some weight and found this at LLBean, it is typical Bean quality and would highly recommend.
