Rated 4 out of 5 good but not great
I was so excited when I received the slippers. They are very comfortable and beautiful. I would give them 5 stars but their laces keep coming undone, which have caused me to trip a couple times.

I've purchased slippers from llbean in the past. When it came time to buy new ones I didn't hesitate to buy ones from here. They are so warm and comfortable. I love them because they fit just like a shoe, however they slip on and off so quickly to jump on or off the couch too.The rubber sole has great stability too if I am standing on my feet for a while cooking dinner too! Made greatly. My dog chewed the back of one and while not the most attractive, they still are held together great and will keep them until I am ready for another pair. Another great product from llbean!

Rated 4 out of 5 by suzyc good fit, warm slippers
I was hesitant to order because a number of reviews said the slippers run quite narrow. Mine fit fine, not too tight or too loose, good length (I usually wear 9.5 med. shoes and got the slippers in 10). Color was as shown in catalogue.
My only complaint is that a catalogue included with the slippers had them on sale for $5 less than I paid. Not a big deal, but annoying. Like buying an airline ticket only to have it go on sale a week later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LoverOfPeople I dearly love these slippers
Everything is just right for my feet with these shoes. I call them my "winter visiting shoes" because I'm usually cold at friend's homes in the winter and they look nice, have soles one can wear outside and keep my feet warm. I'm just waiting on them to go on sale to buy another pair. I love these shoes.

I love these slippers. I've searched high and low for a reasonably priced pair of slippers that don't make your feet sweat. These fit the bill, are machine washable (didn't put them in dryer) and are very warm and comfortable. I just bought a second pair for no other reason than I wanted another pair. They do feel tight when first worn but mold to the foot quickly. I wear a size 8 1/2 and went down a 1/2 size to an 8.

Rated 2 out of 5 by AR329 Cute, but...
I was so excited to get these! They are cute and stylish, but I was so disappointed when I put them on. They were WAY too tight. I am always a size 9 Medium so that's what I ordered- I could barely fit my foot in the shoe. They were too short and the top cut into my foot. They may work for someone with a narrow foot, but I'll be trying a different style....

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought these slippers online. I agree with those who said they are a very small fit. Perhaps if the laces could be loosened it might help, but they are somehow attached and can't be removed. They are well made and they look nice but they can't be the standard size. The rise is short in that they leave marks on the top of my feet. I haven't had trouble with shoe sizing before, in fact I enjoyed wearing the "Wicked Good Moccasins" until the fur wore off one side of one slipper, so I thought I'd try these slippers. Those slippers fit well! What gives? Same company different sizing??? Doesn't make sense.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SlipperEnthusiast Fix the suede lace!
I love these slippers. I think i'm on my 6th or 7th pair. I just replace them when they wear out, which is often because I wear them at home all the time.
My one issue is about the stylistically nice, but functionally useless lace. I love how it looks tied up in a cute bow when my new pair of slippers arrive, but within minutes of putting them on the lace comes undone and then just becomes an annoying loose lace that never stays tied when I retie it. What i end up going is just cutting the lace and leaving it in a knot and that keeps it in place.
But it would be much nicer to not have to cut a lace. So I ask the LLBean designers to consider one of the following:
1) Just put a permanently knotted bow on the shoe. The lace, itself has never added anything to the functionality or comfort of the slippers in my experience so if it's just a design why allow the option for it to un-tie?
2) If people do actually use the lace to tighten their slippers, then find a different kind of suede that stays knotted, but isn't permanent.
Oh, and keep experimenting with colors. It's fun.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LivinOnALake Cozy ballerina style
I had always worn stretchy pull-on classic inexpensive ballet style flats as my favorite "OK to fall asleep in" slippers. Now I have these, and I just love them.
Very country looking with cream whip stitching on the classic black suede. Feminine and warm. The sole is thin enough that I won't mind tucking my feet up on the couch on TV evenings, but thick enough to keep my feet warm on the cold tile floors.
The size 10 is a bit snug on the heel of my size 10 wide feet, but they are getting more comfortable every day. I want to give them 5 stars, but I must wait until they have fully stretched out. So it's 4 stars for now.

When I first tried these slippers on, they were very tight at the base of my toes. I thought I would have to return them, then noticed there was a slip of paper saying to break them in and they would naturally conform to your feet. It took a few days, but they fit like a glove now! They are so comfortable, slip proof and very pretty. Excellent purchase!
