Like this shirt. Is a little large but that's a good thing as you can wear layers under it. Haven't shot or hunted with it yet but just by wearing it around I know it'll be great. Very versatile as it doesn't look too hunter so you can wear it to work-which I have. Seems like pretty good material as well not too heavy for warmer day hunts which we have plenty of here. Also the arm swing feels more than ample so it shouldn't get in the way while swinging the 12ga. on targets/birds

I bought one and liked it so I bought 2 more. A button fell off of each one after the first washing. I do love the material, though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KWfromVIRGINIA Great shirt for Safari. QUIET! Good color.
Purchase one of these shirt August 2012 prior to traveling to Namibia in September 2012 on safari. It was my first trip to Africa and I'd heard that excessive amounts of camo attire are discouraged. Purchased shirt in Dune Brown and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Color blends in well and is absolutely quiet after the first washing. (No rustling at all.) Fabric weight is right for hot days and cool mornings and evenings. Still wearing shirt regularly on casual occasions and for upland hunting in warmer weather. The ONLY issue has been that I've had to sew buttons back on a couple of times.

Rated 5 out of 5 A good looking shirt for the job
I bought this as a gift and it works well. The green color is a little browner than I expected, but still good-looking. Happy with it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ScouterinWY Love these Shirts
I bought one in blue about 5 years ago. I've worn it hunting, thru the bush, and at work. It's lost a cuff button recently but otherwise is in fine shape. I recently bought one in loden and love it, and figured I better get a new blue one.
Solid material, nice contrasting patches in the sleeves & collar, and it comes out of the dryer looking good. Wish it was stitched for a pen in the chest pocket but really can't argue about a thing!

This shirt is great! The quality is excellent. My only complaint would be that it runs a little on the large side.

This was my 4th one of these shirts. I had 2 that I wore out, they were tough as nails. I have one now that was made in Canada, great fabric, and comfortable. The one I just received is much lighter fabric, while comfortable, it is being returned. I felt the fabric was way to light for anything other than a casual shirt. Not worth the $59 price tag, which surprised me from LL Bean. But that said, I will continue to order most of my clothing for the outdoors from Bean.

Nice shirt, very comfy right out of the box.
But.....upland hunters can't wear this in the brush/briars in warm-weather conditions and expect to remain unscathed.....its a bit better designed for hardware stores and coffee shops. "Upland" refers more to style than function.

I saw some comments questioning the durability of this shirt. I have 2 of these shirts and have worn them daily while training dogs for several months. They have shown no sign of wear. The reinforcement on the sleeves is important.
I have 20-25 year old versions of this shirt, which I can still wear. They don't look new, but I sure got my money's worth from them.
One thing I really like about the shirt is the weight of the cloth. As an upland hunter this is a real advantage as I am able to keep cool. I can always add layers if it is real cold.
