Our cancellation policy allows you to receive a full refund or to reschedule your reservation 30 days prior to your scheduled activity.

If you need to cancel 4 to 29 days prior to the scheduled activity you can choose to receive a 75% refund or pay a 25% rescheduling fee.

If you need to change or cancel your reservation less than 4 days and up to 48 hours prior to the event, you can choose to receive a 50% refund or pay a 50% rescheduling fee. No refund or rescheduling is permitted 48 hours prior to your reservation.

EXPRESS DELIVERY If you need your order sooner, we offer an expedited two-day* service for a fee. Available to most US addresses. Add $15 per address in the contiguous US and $17 per address in AK and HI.
