Redeeming Gift Cards or Promotional Gift Cards

As you complete your order, you'll be able to enter your gift card during checkout on the Payment Options screen. Enter the card number in the "Promo Codes and Gift Cards" section, then enter the PIN (the field will appear as you type in the card number) and click "Redeem." For your convenience, you may enter more than one gift card per order. If you were offered a promotion via email, simply click the link in the email offer and the code will automatically be applied to your order.

Redeeming L.L.Bean Visa Coupons

You can redeem coupons on the Payment Options screen during checkout. If you are logged into an llbean.com account with a saved L.L.Bean Visa Card, our system will display the total amount of available coupons. Simply click "Redeem All" to apply them all, or click "Show List of Coupons" to see your individual coupons and click "Redeem" next to the coupons you wish to use. If you are not logged in, or have additional coupons, you can enter coupons manually on this page.

You may redeem as many coupons as you like, up to but not exceeding the total value of your order.

Redeeming Promotions

If you have a promotion code to enter, click "Add Promo Code" in your Shopping Bag (below your order summary on the right-hand side). Enter your code and click "Redeem." Your savings will be applied to your order. You can also enter a promo code on the Payment Options screen during checkout.

We will display promotional savings as early as possible in your shopping session. For promotions that require a minimum order value, your savings will appear only after you meet the minimum dollar amount.

Please note:  Promotions that offer a dollar amount or percentage discount off your total purchase price may not be combined in a single order. When a single order qualifies for more than one of these promotions, you will receive the discount that provides you the greatest benefit.

Special Pricing

If you order two items at a special price of “2 for $35,” for example, you can split the order so it ships to more than one address. In order to receive 2 for 1 pricing on two separate eligible items shipping to more than one address, please place your order by phone.

Minimum Order Values for Promotions

Minimum Order Value is calculated before any promotional discounts are applied. In-stock merchandise, backordered merchandise, L.L.Bean Signature merchandise, gift cards, L.L.Bean Outdoor Discovery SchoolsŪ courses, monogramming, engraving, alterations, repairs and gift boxing may be applied toward a promotion's Minimum Order Value.
