Creating an llbean.com account stores account information to simplify the order process and connects you to time-saving features like faster checkouts. When you log in, you will have access to your saved shipping and billing addresses, secure payment information and your Purchase History. L.L.Bean Visa Cardmembers can log in to look up available and redeemed coupons. You do not need an account to place an order, but it makes shopping at llbean.com even easier and faster. We ask that you use your email address as your User Name, so it will be easy to remember. If you do forget your User Name, please call us at one of the numbers below. After asking you for information to verify your identity, a Service Representative will be happy to provide you with your User Name.

Then, when you're ready to order, you can quickly choose from your list of nicknames to access saved addresses. For example, if you're entering your shipping address at work, you might want to use the nickname, "MeAtWork."

EXPRESS DELIVERY If you need your order sooner, we offer an expedited two-day* service for a fee. Available to most US addresses. Add $15 per address in the contiguous US and $17 per address in AK and HI.

OVERSIZED DELIVERY CHARGES A small percentage of our large items requires oversized delivery charges; those charges are listed on the product page and are also displayed in your Shopping Bag.
