Whenever possible, we will show up-to-date status information about your backordered items. To cancel a backorder, click the "Cancel Item" button next to the corresponding item. If you don't see this button, or if you wish to make other changes to your backorder, please contact us.

For most orders, you can find the estimated ship date for your backordered item when you Track Your Order.

Backorders Shipping to US

Backordered items are shipped using the same service as the initial order. In most cases, you can expect delivery 2-5 business days after the item becomes available. Delivery might take longer for some items.

Backorders Shipping to Canada

Backordered items are shipped via Everyday Free Shipping. In most cases, you can expect delivery 5 to 11 business days after the item becomes available. Delivery might take longer for some items.

Outside the US and Canada

Backordered items shipping outside the US and Canada are shipped via International Airmail. In most cases, you can expect delivery 2-3 weeks after the item becomes available. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, the backordered portion will be shipped at no additional charge. Delivery might take longer for some items.

Most packages in the contiguous US will arrive in 2 to 5 business days.* Estimated delivery times for AK, HI, APO/FPO, US possessions and Canada will be provided during checkout. Not valid for Direct to Business orders or some international locations.

EXPRESS DELIVERY If you need your order sooner, we offer an expedited two-day* service for a fee. Available to most US addresses. Add $15 per address in the contiguous US and $17 per address in AK and HI.

OVERSIZED DELIVERY CHARGES A small percentage of our large items requires oversized delivery charges; those charges are listed on the product page and are also displayed in your Shopping Bag.
