Order Confirmation

If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email within two hours. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise. You can get more information on orders and backorders by going to Purchase History & Order Tracking. We also send a shipping notification email when your order ships (although there are a few exceptions in cases where your item ships from an off-site distribution center). For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.

We usually provide this information within two days of placing your order. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide you with the shipper's tracking information. Most packages in the contiguous US will arrive in 2 to 5 business days.* Estimated delivery times for AK, HI, APO/FPO, US possessions and Canada will be provided during checkout. Not valid for Direct to Business orders or some international locations.

EXPRESS DELIVERY If you need your order sooner, we offer an expedited two-day* service for a fee. Available to most US addresses. Add $15 per address in the contiguous US and $17 per address in AK and HI.

OVERSIZED DELIVERY CHARGES A small percentage of our large items requires oversized delivery charges; those charges are listed on the product page and are also displayed in your Shopping Bag.
