Enjoy a full day each of stand-up paddling and biking along the picturesque coast in Freeport, Maine. Your biking day will take you through the rolling hills and farmland of Freeport and Brunswick, with stops to take in the beautiful ocean scenery. On your stand-up paddleboarding day, our accomplished instructors who are also Registered Maine Guides will explain board design, paddling terminology and board selection. You'll spend the morning learning and practicing stand-up paddling strokes. In the afternoon you'll enjoy a tour along the rocky island coastline of Casco Bay. During your one-night stay, you'll enjoy our oceanfront campground that comes equipped with large tents, cots, sleeping bags, hot showers and many other amenities. A lobster or steak dinner will be served that night at the oceanfront pavilion, followed by dessert and a campfire. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning.
Itinerary
Arrive at 9 a.m. to meet your instructors and settle into the campsite. Afterwards, you'll embark on your biking adventure for the day. Following a day of fun, shuttle-supported cycling on Freeport's scenic roads, you will return to the campground at approximately 4 p.m. to unwind, followed by dinner, dessert, campfire and an overnight tent stay. Breakfast is served in the morning, then the stand-up paddling program will begin. The adventures will conclude by 4 p.m.
