- SUP Fitness will teach you the cardio, balance and core strength exercises you'll need to enjoy exhilarating full-body workouts on your own
- Learn fun SUP exercises from expert instructors in beautiful Casco Bay

Surrounded by the serene beauty of Casco Bay and led by expert instructors, our SUP Fitness Class is just what you need to spice up your training routine. We'll teach you the best SUP Fitness techniques to ensure an incredible and invigorating cardio, core strength and balance workout while having a great time. You'll learn gentle stretching, warm-up paddling and yoga exercises, followed by calorie-burning, strength-building and endurance workouts specifically designed for stand-up paddleboarding. Our skilled instructors will guide you through each exercise and will show you how to isolate and tone specific muscles. This class is designed for all levels of fitness, allowing you to work and learn at a pace that's comfortable. Basic skills and comfort on a stand-up paddleboard are required.
