Rated 3 out of 5 by CoffeeChugger Small bag, big mounting bracket
Used this bag on a week-long trip. It was convenient, but not necessary. It's a bit small...ok for holding a few things. The many pockets on it can get filled up fast, especially if you use one for the shoulder strap and one for the rain cover that comes with it.
The instructions for mounting the bag bracket has NO text and the pictures aren't completely obvious. I wish it worked with a bracket that completely came off the bike, but instead there's this big bracket bolted onto the bars. I had to take it partially off before I could get the bike into a box.
In all, while the quality of the bag is good and it has some usefulness, I think there must be better designs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by EmoryMom Bag for accessories
I was disappointed as I was expecting a bag to replace my old Rhode Gear one which held a ton of stuff including a jacket and shirt as well as water bottles and accessories. This is a well made bag with lots of neat pockets if you want a bag for snacks and electronics. The map holder and rain cover were nice. I am looking for something else. Focus on the size measurements before buying.

Have to say, I like this bag. I was skeptical when I read the other 2 reviews but fell in love with the bag when I got it on to my bike. It was easy to install, especially for me, the unmechanically inclined. Took me a couple minutes to figure out the directions but it was a relatively easy! I was worried it would not fit on the handle bars of my Specialized Bike but it did without problems. Did not use the rubber sizing pads.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Quique Hard to install but nice space
The installation on the handlebar was not simple so just have to be patient on that process. The item is very functional and with lots of space for keys, phone, regular glasses, fix kit. These are things I may need but don't want or can't carry on my pockets. Not had a chance to try the rain cover so don't know how it will perform.

I ordered the Topeak Handlebar Bag for my current generation Men?s LL Bean Acadia bicycle. After receiving the bag, I was very impressed with the number of organizational pockets and soft interior padding. The included rain cover was an added bonus as with many Topeak bags, this is purchased separately. To my dismay, the standard/external headset (with its front bulge, see picture) is not really compatible with this bag. A semi or fully integrated headset would seem to be much more compatible with this model. After speaking with a representative at an LL Bean store, I was informed that this bag had been successfully mounted on the Acadia bicycle albeit with a very tight fit. I simply could not mount this bag with a secure fit and cannot justify keeping. I gave the bag 4-stars as the quality/layout seem top-notch and in other applications, would probably be perfect.
