Used the pan this past July 4th weekend. Cooked everything in it, potatoe mash w/ onions, bacon and cheese. Even made spaghetti one night and then eggs, sausage the mornings after. Feed all 12 of us and had plenty leftovers. Pan did a great job. Need to make sure to burn off prior to use and then just soaked it each night after use and cleaned in morning and pan as ready to be used again. Not as best as cast iron, but the steel was lighter and did the job. Is a massive pan and worked well. They only other dish was used was a dutch oven for cake and chicken other then that used this on every cooking job. Also recommend use a light pan cleanser on it which will help if you used a metal spatula on it, so season it well, light and handle has an easy bolt/nut to remove for packing. Unlike the BIG DADDY, it has a sturdy handle as well as a side handle for easier moving around.

I have been wanting a skillet of this size for some time. I'm pleased with the wing nut assembly of the handle. It makes it so nice to store.
We are having our first "Chuck Wagon" Breakfast this weekend and will be having many more.

The pan is great for cooking over a campfire as well as a stove.
