Rated 5 out of 5 by Jetwoman100 Great for women too!
Because other reviewers stated that the pants run short, I took a chance that the 29 " length would work for me. And it did. I am 5'0". These are great pants. Fabric is soft. Nice weight. The fit is great. I am slim hipped and not at all curvy in butt (alas), and these fit so much better than women's where the butt and hips are ultra relaxed. The expanded waist probably does very little, but I got it anyway. The cargo pockets are not obtrusive and the pants are really great looking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rkran Want more color options for Pathfinder Pants
I love the Pathfinder comfort waste cargo pants but I would like to
be able to get mroe color choices. Especially darker browns or black.
The only complaint I have about these pants is that the color fades
quite a bit after washing a few times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Oskar1 Great pants for room
I needed more storage room than jeans provide and these do the job in giving more room for carrying items. An added benefit was the more rom in the waist if needed. I just received my second pair after a "try-out" of the first pair.
One word of advice is to believe the previous reviews that the inseam is a little shorter than stated. I usually have to have my pants hemmed about 2 " at the tailor but I did not have to worry with these. Thus a totally great pair of functional yet somewhat business casual pants.

Rated 3 out of 5 by dmulcher not what I expected
I purchased these pants based on my experience with Pathfinder Shorts which have flaps on cargo pockets that can be "fully tucked" when necessary for quick access to the pocket. I used these shorts for a very fast paced sport that requires quick access to pockets. The long pant version has different pockets. The flaps cannot be fully tucked away because they are sewn at the edges. This is an excellent idea if you want to pocket to close itself. I need them to remain unclosed. Disappointed that the pockets on the long pants are constructed differently. I wish that Bean would have included this information in their product description.
I will keep that pants because they fit well, and are practical for less demanding purposes. I will, however, not purchase this item again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by YooperProud Y E S !!! FINALLY.
It took a while to finally find a pair of cargo pants that fit the way these do. A little stretch where most middle age guys need it and a nice neat appearance. A little dressier alternative to jeans. I can wear these to work with a nice shirt or sweater and no one has to know how comfortable I am. I hope you keep making these. I just ordered another pair.

These pants look great. Can you offer them in larger sizes? 46", 48" waist?

Great pants, living away from Maine at this moment makes you realize how much you miss being able to drive to the flagship store in Freeport within 15 minutes. Ordered my second pair of pathfinders online. Free shipping is great. Received them in just a few business days. One of the most comfortable pairs of pants I own. Would recommend these pants to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Charlestonian Very comfortable
I agree with everyone else as to the comfort of these pants. I normally wear L L jeans and find these pants to be about the same length as them. I wear the 29 length. You will be happy with this purchase

Terrific pants. Very comfortable. They need to make a 37 inch waist. 36 is too small and the 38 is too big.

Rated 5 out of 5 by fastmac Excellent Pants, good price
I wear these to work in an office every day. They look nice and hold me keys and a tiny notebook in the cargo pockets. When I wear them I can barely tell that I have anything in my pockets. Our dress code in the office is Business casual and these pants are perfect for this environment. I only hope that LL Bean continues to carry this forever.
